Wonderful home for family stay. House was clean, decorated nicely, stocked for families (toys, bunks etc), perfect fenced back yard for kids to run around and burn off some energy.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We had such a great stay at this property. The house was beautiful & the neighborhood was immaculate & safe in a gated community. The owners were communicative and had the house well stocked with essentials. We would definitely recommend the property for a fantastic get-away.

This is a very nice home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home. It was very conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We had a great experience and would stay again if we find ourselves in this part of Texas again.

Longview Christmas stay

Nicest rental house I have ever stayed in. The is nice and spacious and built with a lot of premium materials. The kids room is stocker with games and toys. We stayed here last year too and our kids wanted to come back! We hope to come back again next year!

Beautiful, clean, high end property

The house was super nice and well built, honestly better than the pictures even suggest. There were games and toys for our little kids to play with and the whole place was very comfortable. The neighborhood is gated and close to many restaurants and local businesses but quiet and off of the beaten path just enough. Great host and great experience!

A wonderful stay for a visit to LeTourneau

We have been coming to LETU for years to visit our college daughter, I wish we would have found this property earlier! A great neighborhood just north of the main loop where most of the restaurants and commerce are. Still not too far from campus either. We will be back

Not comfortable

Couldn’t shake an odd feeling we were being watched. Locked closet behind bathroom mirrors. pictures of the family everywhere. Clean property beautiful property decorated as a beach house but no where near a beach. A lot of breakable stuff down low. Probably not the best if you have young kids.

Perfect Home Away from Home!

This beautiful property recently served as our home away from home as we gathered with family and friends in Longview for our son’s wedding. The sleeping accommodations were extremely comfortable, and this home had many amenities. Our hosts were very easy to reach, and check in was a breeze. If you visit Longview, TX, and get a chance to book this property, I’d highly recommend it!

Nice home, difficult homeowner

The home is as described, clean and neat, good neighborhood. Be aware that the homeowners are extremely particular and watch you closely on numerous exterior security cameras. You practically need to clean before you leave because if the housekeeper deems the house "too dirty", owners take housekeeper's side and will make accusations without providing evidence. Owners were upset about minor things that are part of normal cleaning after a 4-night stay and threatened to report us to VRBO. For example, small food particles left in the kitchen sink strainer, tissues in the bed, toilet too dirty (someone had irritable bowel syndrome), and using too many towels, but no limit was stated and not all towels were used. We were accused of having a "party" when we had already been given prior permission by the owners to have additional family members visit during the day. The washer/dryer were difficult to use and after a brief power outage and the utility room breaker tripping, the washer lid lock accidentally broke. (Garage and many closets are locked for homeowner's use.) Thankfully, we had purchased damage protection insurance, but the owner used it to purchase a new washing machine instead of just fixing what was broken. The dryer was difficult too, and we had to text the owners about it. Overall, this was a disappointing experience since we have stayed at many VRBO's with satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and take photos to document the condition of the home before you leave, which we normally do, but forgot this time.

The property is in a great neighborhood, close to anything you need in Longview. The house is exceedingly comfortable and spotlessly clean, with little touches that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Friendly hosts and neighbors rounded out a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend

Exactly what we needed

This house was the perfect getaway for my family of 5 after living in an RV while are home is being built. It was exceptionally clean and didn’t lack anything we needed. From the big comfortable reclining couches to all the throw blankets provided we were as comfortable as could be. The wonderful hosts were accommodating and even sent us a surprise towards the end of our stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

Best option in longview

Host was super helpful and available. Property was extremely nice and well kept. They were available by phone. Super nice home with lots of basics. we were able to cook and hang out and really enjoyed their home and their level of communication. Flexible on the times as well was extremely helpful. Will stay here again.

Perfect location, great house!

This house was located in an excellent area and extremely close to stores, restaurants, and activities. Very clean, everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I had one question and the owner was very quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again!
