Beautiful Totally Renovated Historic Home in Marigny Triangle, Crtyard, 3blk FQ

This magnificent newly renovated and professionally decorated historic single-story home is located in the Marigny Triangle neighborhood. This location allows you to experience all New Orleans has to offer. With a walkability score of 95% you are just 3 blocks from the French Quarter, 4 blocks from Frenchman Street's famous music halls and steps to the Rampart streetcar line that provides easy access to the entire city. Enjoy your stay in this 5- bedroom 4- bathroom, 2500 sq foot home, featuring a spacious open living, kitchen and dining area that will accommodate large groups comfortably. To the rear of the home, is the large open private courtyard that offers guest an additional place to gather, relax and unwind.

The 5 bedrooms offer queen beds. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is directly connected to a large bathroom that is shared with the common area and bedroom 5. Home is also equipped with 2 instantaneous water heaters to ensure our guest that hot water will never be a problem.

The large kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and all the utensils you will need. The home also includes Wifi, smart TVs and washer and dryer.

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before guest arrive and comes stocked with coffee, fresh towels and all bathroom essentials.

If your dates are not available, are you need extra bedrooms we rent the home directly next-door and another home in the same block. The home directly next-door is a brand new 3-bedroom 3-bath VRBO#2501391 and the other home located in the same block is a newly renovated 4-bedroom 4 bath VRBO#2501429 Both homes can sleep up to 10 people

Short walk to the Quarter. Nice feature is each room having its own HVAC so the Floridians and Wisconsonites could coexist comfortably. Would visit again!

New Orleans stay

The accommodations were excellent! Absolutely beautiful and completely stocked with all the necessities when you are traveling. Only downside was the noise level from the party place across the street that seemed to last until 4:00 in the morning.

Great house! It was super clean, A/C worked well, and it had everything we needed. A little farther from everything, but ubers were cheap. Overall, i would definitely recommend!!

Amazing NOLA home!

Our stay was amazing! Great location- walkable to the French Quarter or Frenchmen St. So clean and comfortable! Our group of 9 ladies were in town for a bachelorette party and we had an amazing time. We all slept comfortably and having so many bathrooms was a huge plus! Tim was an amazing host- would totally rebook if we find our way back to New Orleans.

Girls 50th Birthday Day Trip

We traveled to New Orleans to attend the Essence Festival for my 50th Birthday. The property is beautiful, well stocked, and in walking distance (less than 10-15 minutes away) to several restaurants. We easily found places to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even a late night meal. The beds were very comfortable and the patio was a nice bonus.

Great NOLA home!

Love that we were as impressed with the property as we were when viewing on line! Beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of essentials! Tim was quick to respond with my questions leading up to our visit, including area recommendations. Loved that we were literally able to walk to the Quarter, Market, and Frenchman Street. 10/10 would stay again!!

First family trip to Mardi Gras

During the entire process Tim was a great communicator and so helpful with questions. When you look at the house photos it looks beautiful- when you get there it is even more spacious and beautiful in person. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and laid out well. The kitchen is modern and open. And the backyard outdoor seating area is a great place to hang out with family at the end of the night. The location is ideal because you can easily walk to the French Quarter. Best part of the location is your proximity to Ayu Bakehouse for coffee and baked goods in the morning. Loved our stay. Would stay here again for sure. Thanks again- The DeBloom family

Absolutely GORGEOUS!!!

This home is truly beautiful and exactly as listed, in a great location and extremely clean. We had 8 in our group and there was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time together. Beds and linens were high-end and kitchen well stocked. We were so very grateful for the kindness and hospitality of Tim (host) and his response time was super prompt... Marigny Stay

Immaculate, beautifully decorated, easy walk to French Quarter via Esplanade. Tim went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We took advantage of his restaurant recommendations and loved every one. Highly recommend this rental. Only suggestion is to map out walk to French Quarter via Esplanade.
