This magnificent newly renovated and professionally decorated historic single-story home is located in the Marigny Triangle neighborhood. This location allows you to experience all New Orleans has to offer. With a walkability score of 95% you are just 3 blocks from the French Quarter, 4 blocks from Frenchman Street's famous music halls and steps to the Rampart streetcar line that provides easy access to the entire city. Enjoy your stay in this 5- bedroom 4- bathroom, 2500 sq foot home, featuring a spacious open living, kitchen and dining area that will accommodate large groups comfortably. To the rear of the home, is the large open private courtyard that offers guest an additional place to gather, relax and unwind.

The 5 bedrooms offer queen beds. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is directly connected to a large bathroom that is shared with the common area and bedroom 5. Home is also equipped with 2 instantaneous water heaters to ensure our guest that hot water will never be a problem.

The large kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and all the utensils you will need. The home also includes Wifi, smart TVs and washer and dryer.

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before guest arrive and comes stocked with coffee, fresh towels and all bathroom essentials.

If your dates are not available, are you need extra bedrooms we rent the home directly next-door and another home in the same block. The home directly next-door is a brand new 3-bedroom 3-bath VRBO#2501391 and the other home located in the same block is a newly renovated 4-bedroom 4 bath VRBO#2501429 Both homes can sleep up to 10 people

First family trip to Mardi Gras

During the entire process Tim was a great communicator and so helpful with questions. When you look at the house photos it looks beautiful- when you get there it is even more spacious and beautiful in person. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and laid out well. The kitchen is modern and open. And the backyard outdoor seating area is a great place to hang out with family at the end of the night. The location is ideal because you can easily walk to the French Quarter. Best part of the location is your proximity to Ayu Bakehouse for coffee and baked goods in the morning. Loved our stay. Would stay here again for sure. Thanks again- The DeBloom family

Impeccable Experience in New Orleans

This property was absolutely fabulous! The decor, the layout, the easy access for entry, the location, the rooms, the amenities...every single thing was wonderful and the attention to detail was indeed impeccable! The host, Tim, ensured that our needs were not only met but exceeded by being responsive and accessible. We will definitely make plans to visit again in the very near future! The accommodations were excellent! Absolutely beautiful and completely stocked with all the necessities when you are traveling. Only downside was the noise level from the party place across the street that seemed to last until 4:00 in the morning.

Absolutely GORGEOUS!!!

This home is truly beautiful and exactly as listed, in a great location and extremely clean. We had 8 in our group and there was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time together. Beds and linens were high-end and kitchen well stocked. We were so very grateful for the kindness and hospitality of Tim (host) and his response time was super prompt... Spectacular and Perfect

This is the best property I have stayed in and I’ve stayed in many. It is immaculate, bright, well-appointed, very well-stocked, open floor plan with great kitchen in which many can maneuver easily. It is also in a great location- a beautiful walk to the Quarter through the charming Marigny. Most important Tim is an amazing, responsive host. I can’t recommend this home highly enough.

Perfect house, perfect location!

There were 9 of us who stayed here to celebrate my daughter and her best friend's 21st birthday. The property was EXACTLY as pictured and immaculately clean. The house is gorgeous. 4/5 rooms had their own private bathroom which was really convenient and there was so much space! The open kitchen/living room was perfect for us to just hang out and have drinks. There's an outdoor area as well, but we didn't get a chance to use it because of the weather. The location was perfect. It's just on the edge of Marigny so not a lot of drunken foot traffic or car traffic. It was quiet. It was nice to have the option to Lyft ($10) to the FQ or walk (about a 15-20 min walk). It was only a 5–7-minute walk to Frenchman Street which was super convenient. We ended a lot of our evening there! I was concerned there would be an issue with parking since it wasn't assigned (we had 2 rental cars for our group), but we never had any issues finding a spot. Highly, highly, highly recommend Tim's place! He was super responsive. This was probably one of the best rental places I've stayed at!

Halloween in NOLA

We arrived around 10:30pm to this gem of a property. Tim has done a great job renovating. It is very clean and comfortable. We were a group of five adult women. We all had our own bed and two sisters shared a bathroom. The first night we ripped into the bag of chips and Prosecco that Tim provided. So wonderful after a travel day! It was an easy walk to the quarter and Frenchmen. We loved Ruby Slippers for breakfast, Who Dat Coffee for a quick brew, and stumbled upon a little treasure called Frenchmen All Day with the most delicious espresso martini made with cold brew. So good! Of course the french quarter was full of even more characters than usual for Halloween. We had so much fun there. And coming home to Tim’s sanctuary at the edge of it all was just perfect! You should stay here!

This was such a beautiful and clean place and had everything we needed or could possibly want. The outdoor space was great. My guests were raving about the house the whole trip. Our group found it to be an easy walk to Bourbon st. and Frenchmen st. The owner was very accommodating and even let us know about an event happening when we were in town. We can’t wait to stay here again next time we’re in town!
