Location is unmatched in this 4 bedroom 2 bath house on deep water. This home has just been completely updated. The on suite features king size bed, while the other two bedrooms on the main level feature queen size beds. In the loft, you find two additional full size beds. Only 10 minutes off exit 305/I65 Directly across from Smith Lake Park and next to Drifters Restaurant. Located one hour from Birmingham and two hours from Nashville. Cullman has everything you need and is 15 minutes away. This is a great spot to stay if visiting for a wedding, festivals, or just want to explore one of the cleanest lakes in the nation. Ask about our Tritoon rental.

The place is just as described and perfect for a get away. The stairs to the dock are very nice and easy to get to the lake. The fire pit next to the water and the huge windows were so nice.

House was beautiful and in a great location. We mainly swam off the dock the entire stay. We had front row seats to the 4th of July fireworks at Smith Lake Park. There are 2 boat ramps within a few minutes from the house if you bring a boat. Definitely 5 stars for this one.

This was an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING stay! Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful, beds were comfortable, what more could you need? Well, this host provided complimentary coffee and bottled water! My coaching staff had a phenomenal experience and we will definitely be back again next club season! HIGHLY recommend!

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book again! The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Shannon was an outstanding host with excellent communication before and throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free.One of the biggest bonuses was being able to rent the boat for the week. It added so much to our vacation and made enjoying the lake even more convenient and memorable.Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. Convenient to Birmingham. Never stayed on that side of the lake but we loved it! Easy walk from the house to the dock. House was perfect for our needs and super cute! We would stay there again for sure.

Hello, my name is Shannon Fondren. Thank you for your interest in renting our place on Smith Lake. My wife, Kayse, and I have two boys, and we’ve been hosting guests since 2021. I’m a retired teacher and coach, and I now work in new construction.

I moved to Smith Lake in 1980 and have spent most of my life enjoying everything the lake has to offer. Hosting gives us the opportunity to share this special place with others, and we love helping guests have a great experience. If you have any questions about the property or the lake, I’m always happy to help and offer recommendations to make your stay even better.

The location of this property is what makes it so special. You are 10 minutes from I65 and the city of Cullman. It is located directly across from Smith Lake Park and a boat ramp.
This house also has tremendous views.
