The house is located on a wooded park of 3000 m2 with a large swimming pool and a terrace where it is good to have meals.

The accommodation
Country house between Périgord and Limousin with 4 bedrooms, a large swimming pool and a superb view.

Inside: 4 bedrooms equipped with a double bed, 2 of which are 160x200 cm, 2 bathrooms (1 equipped with a shower and a bathtub), a kitchen open to the living room and the dining room.

Outside: a private swimming pool (not shared) of 40 m2 in a green setting with 8 deckchairs, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court (pétanque balls provided), a covered terrace with a charcoal barbecue.

The house, fully air-conditioned, is not overlooked, which allows you to spend a peaceful stay.

For leisure, visits, everything is possible in the surrounding area, you will be spoiled for choice! In addition to its countryside and rivers ideal for walking, its caves and chasms inviting exploration, the Périgord Noir will offer you its unique historical heritage with its preserved architecture as can be admired in Terrasson, Montignac, Sarlat, and in its thousand castles, gardens, churches, abbeys and priories.

Reglas de la casa:

Se proporcionan sábanas, pero no toallas de baño ni de mano.

Hay disponible un paquete opcional de 90€ para cubrir la limpieza de final de estancia.

Se prohíben los cumpleaños y otras celebraciones para evitar cualquier perturbación.
El día de llegada se requerirá un depósito de 500€ para cubrir cualquier daño material o molestias ocasionadas al vecindario, especialmente por la noche después de las 23h. De hecho, el ruido nocturno está estrictamente prohibido y puede resultar en la retención total del depósito y una denuncia a la policía.

La piscina está abierta del 15 de mayo al 15 de septiembre.

Durante el período de invierno (del 01/11 al 15/04) se aplica un suplemento de 10€/noche para cubrir los gastos de calefacción. Este suplemento no está incluido en el precio indicado en el anuncio y deberá abonarse in situ.

Se aceptan vales de vacaciones previa solicitud.

Se admiten mascotas hasta un máximo de 2, siempre que sean respetuosas con las instalaciones.
