Serenity d’Azur Concierge Les Issambres is pleased to present this Provençal villa and remains at your disposal to assist with the organization of your holiday.
Located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens / Les Issambres, Villa Soleil – Sea and Mountain View – Private Pool, Tennis, Beach Access on Foot offers a privileged setting all year round, ideal for families and stays with friends.
With open views over the sea and surrounding hills, the villa features a private outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally), walking access to the beach, free private on-site parking (for up to 3 cars), and free high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber). You will also enjoy, within the residence, a ping-pong table, a tennis court, and a children’s playground.
The air-conditioned villa includes 5 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, coffee machine, full kitchen equipment), a laundry room with washing machine, and 5 bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. A shared lounge and a large terrace complete the living spaces.
Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost.
