Explore Blue Mountain Village less than a 5-minute walk from this charming 1.5 storey condo backing onto the 1st hole of the Monterra Golf Course & the BM Village Conference Centre. Wake up to views of the mountain right from one of the three generously sized bedrooms before heading downstairs to the trendy open-concept main area. Just minutes to the slopes and a quick drive to Collingwood, Scandinave Spa, Scenic Caves and Northwinds Beach, there’s an experience waiting for every guest.
*Important: Please note that there is ongoing siding construction on the buildings at Sierra Lane. While we expect the work to be managed as smoothly as possible, construction activity during daytime hours may result in occasional and sometimes unpredictable inconveniences, including visible work crews, intermittent noise, limited balcony or patio access, and other minor disruptions. If your group is particularly sensitive to daytime noise (for example, families with infants or light sleepers), we kindly ask that you take this into consideration when planning your stay.*
As you walk into an open concept atmosphere, you’re immediately greeted by stunning views of mature trees surrounding Monterra Golf course through the large windows leading to the deck. This sizable unit hosts 3 bedrooms and a Murphy bed for up to 8 guests to comfortably stay just minutes from the mountain. Enjoy evenings of conversation and relaxation in the tastefully decorated living room that boasts a breathtaking floor to ceiling gas fireplace and beautiful custom cabinetry. With plenty of pot lights and an abundance of oversized windows, natural light brightens the space while you get ready to explore this four-season playground. Immerse yourself in nature while you enjoy your dinners surrounded with views of the mountain. It`s a place where memories are created and shared.
This contemporary condo hosts home conveniences with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV! Take advantage of the prime location, only a quick walk to local shopping, dining and entertainment in the desirable Blue Mountain Village.
Kitchen
The large updated kitchen has fabulous finishes with quality cabinetry and thoughtful layout. The oversized wrap-around counter lends to the breakfast bar for easy mornings outside of the formal dining space. Take advantage of the dishwasher with hassle-free living and S/S appliances throughout. With plenty of cupboard space provided, you can store your food, coffee and spices. Cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils and BBQ tools will be available for your convenience.
Living Room
The main living area boasts the Blue Mountain atmosphere, encouraging you to explore the outdoors and return to your retreat with a cozy gas fireplace complete with copious fur blankets. With tastefully curated accents throughout, comfortable seating and an abundance of light, enjoy views of the nature surrounding Sierra Lane right from the couch. A large smart TV is provided for quiet nights in after a day on the slopes or exploring the town.
Bedrooms
This condo hosts 3 generously sized bedrooms, the first being found on the main floor with plenty of storage space for personal items and a Queen-sized bed. Upstairs, you’ll find the second bedroom with a Queen bed and where guests can take in views of the picturesque mountain from the moment they wake up. You’ll find a King-sized bed with a large mounted flat-screen TV and 4-piece ensuite with a Jacuzzi tub in the primary bedroom. The living room features a Queen size Murphy bed.
CLOSED FOR THE SEASON - Sierra Lane Saltwater Pool:
The pool area is open as of Saturday, June 21st, 2025. The pool will operate from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily and will require a fob to access the area. A maximum of 8 people are permitted in the pool area at a time. The pool is not heated.
Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon. The person booking the property must be at least 25 years of age. This is strictly enforced and deference will result in immediate eviction without refund.
2) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
3) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
4) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
5) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
7) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
8) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
