Modern Farmhouse Apartment, The Beehive

Sundrop Acres Farm is a premier short term vacation rental located in beautiful Cache Valley, Utah. Our family hobby farm is set on almost 4 acres of land in Wellsville, just minutes from downtown historic Logan. The hillside house is surrounded by spectacular views of the mountains as well as the valley. Relax and unwind in one of our private guest suites while you enjoy the peaceful surroundings and starlight nights.

The Beehive is a light & bright newly renovated cozy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit. It is located in the walk out basement of the Sundrop Acres farmhouse with a sidewalk leading to a private entrance. Enter into a open concept living/dining space with full size kitchen appliances, butler's pantry, laundry room, yoga mats, large sectional, and 75" wall mounted smart TV with Dish satellite. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, en suite bathroom, desk, sitting area, and Smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, sitting area, dresser and antique barn doors. Along with the interior amenities, enjoy the hot tub, fire pits, grassy yard, and a variety of seasonal sports equipment.

Sleeps 4 adults (2 children/air mattress or sofa)

*The front door of the Farmhouse, not Beehive, is equipped with a Ring doorbell which temporarily records motion. This is a safety feature to ensure the property is secure.

Birthday stay

The place was super cute. Bed was very comfortable, enough blankets, tv was easy to use. There was good communication about what was available and how the place ran.

What a fun stay at Sun Drop Acres!

We came to town for an annual bike ride. This place was just the cutest. Just far enough away from Logan to enjoy the peace and quiet of the country! Jacki was very responsive and a great host. We will be back for sure!

Personalized Experience!

We had a lovely stay for our daughter college Graduation! We were greeted with a Message, card, banner and welcome kit that just made the weekend feel so special! Loved the space and the farm. Our daughter loved being able to go pet the goats. Beautiful Mountain View from the farm! Totally recommend it!!

Just what we needed!

What a spacious homey place! With family coming and going. It fit our needs perfectly. Quiet, yet close to all our venues with gorgeous views of the valley and mountains. We loved the chickens, ducks and goats. Jackie, our host, was charming and couldn't have been more accommodating. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

Very beautiful place. Gorgeous view, decorated well, clean, and spacious. Will definitely come back.

We were visiting family at the local University. This place was close to town and allowed us to have a home away from home. Suited us all well and had plenty of space to lounge, sleep, and play.

Cache valley getaway

The place was remodeled so nicely and there was much more room than we realized. The beds were super comfortable and so was the couch. My kids loved the lights in the butler's pantry and we had tons of room to put our stuff. The view from the hot tub looking east into the valley and seeing the clouds roll through was breathtaking. It was so quiet and dark that it was a little hard to find at night but so relaxing and nice with hardly a sound nearby. A great place for a family or group of friends.

Wonderful Mother’s Day Weekend

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Sundrop Acres and every single detail in the Beehive Apartment. Such thoughtful touches both inside and out, from the comfortable beds and bedding to the huge, cozy towels for the hot tub. While we ate out all weekend, everything one would need to prepare meals onsite was available. We particularly enjoyed visiting with the goats, chickens and ducks and even got to take one of them for a walk on a leash. Five stars for that feature alone! We truly cannot wait to return!

Fantastic stay

I was so impressed with this property. It was extremely clean, nicely updated, and the location was beautiful. Jackie was an excellent host and provided informative and clear communication. Perfect for my work visit but would have been just as great for a family getaway. Loved relaxing in the hot tub with the beautiful Mountain views. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Just what we needed!

My bestie and I stayed here over the weekend while we watched her son play lacrosse. This place was just what we needed to catch up and relax. So cute! So clean! We appreciated the hot tub experience; sitting in the snow enjoying the peace and quite. Thank you so much! It's just what these two "old" ladies needed to relax and catch up. We would totally stay here again!!!

Spacious, stylish, and comfortable

We had a great stay. The property was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Beautiful views of the valley. Comfortable bed and furnishings. We hosted a family lunch Christmas gathering and had plenty of room for eating and playing games. They even had a cute Christmas tree and seasonal decor throughout the unit. The walkway to the walk-out basement entrance was clear, dry and well-lit to navigate in the dark. Nice job and great host! Thanks much!

Amazing place with unbelievable views

I’m not sure how one wakes up to the kind of views we experienced every day. We were in awe of the mountain backdrops of the “Beehive” apartment. The views are awe inspiring and stunning to say the least. Our visit from Georgia was to see our son and cook for the local football team. In addition to a beautiful exterior the interior was equally perfect. Our hosts literally thought of everything. The beds were exceptionally comfortable the place was new and clean and very well thought out. The pantry with the led lights underneath were such a nice touch as were the copper sinks, modern tile work and all the snacks and extras Jackie left for us. I travel for a living and I usually prefer hotels but I would stay here every time I am in town. It was perfect for us. We could not have asked for a better place or more wonderful experience.
