It is located 300m from the Tourist Office, 600m from the Train Station, 600m from the Casino, 900m from the Chevalley Thermal Baths, 2500m from the Lake and 20km from Mont Revard. (I4 on the map)
6-storey residence, equipped with an elevator, a secure opening with Vigik, and a caretaker. It has a 15 mx 8 m swimming pool open from mid-May to mid-September, unheated.
