Beautiful View

This is a lovely place and I would recommend it to anyone. One thing I don’t think was mentioned in the description was the great view of the NYC skyline. I did have concerns about the cleanliness but they were addressed immediately.

Great stay!

Couldn't ask for a better spot while in town visiting family and friends. Close to restaurants, shops, etc... We plan to visit again.

Loved the space

The unit was super nice, clean and as seen online. I loved the neighborhood and the quick access to the bus stop. It was a great experience and a great place to stay

Holidays in Hackensack (2023)

This is our second year visiting the area right after Christmas (we stayed in a different Hackensack property last year). I am a frequent traveler (and I travel with my spouse & small children). I'm pretty particular about where we stay. I say that so that the reader has a sense of the context for this review. Having said that, there are several very nice things about this property: 1. The location is awesome. Right in downtown Hackensack with access to local shops, restaurants, groceries. The bus line is steps from the door. 2. There is a concierge who was helpful in letting us in and helping us understand the lay of the land. 3. Dedicated parking lot across the street from the building. We never had a problem parking no matter how late we got back to the building. 4. We had no problems w/ the wifi or watching the TVs (sometimes that can be a problem in certain rentals). 5. We had a problem with the closets and the refrigerator & the owner got right on it. :) Some things to note: 1.The apartment is small (but we weren't cramped). 2.The cleaning crew could take a bit more TLC. In the kitchen the blender was not clean and in the bedroom we noticed cobwebs on one of the lamps. They also neglected to leave enough towels (which the owner promptly resolved). 3.There is limited (almost none) space to unpack clothes (we bought hangers). The space could use some hooks or racks for towels. 4.The washer/dryer is one machine & drying takes multiple cycles to feel completely dry.

Amazing place to stay!

Prime location right off of the main street with reliable parking and a great building overall. All the staff were extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. The unit was exactly as pictured, clean, spacious, and would absolutely recommend!

Prompt communication. Bed was comfortable, the space was beautifully appointed. Some issues as parking was occasionally limited when I would get back late at night. Washer available in unit but no dryer

Restful and Relaxing

Very nice property with valet parking and concierge to help with travel. Clean and simple check in process. Owner quick to respond. Really enjoyed it.
