This historic three-bedroom bungalow has been completely renovated with modern upgrades and includes all the charm you could want in a Harbor Springs home. Start your vacation days with a rejuvenating soak in your private hot tub! Prepare delicious meals in the beautiful full kitchen and dine in the stunning sunroom as you take in the views from the top of the bluff. The kids will love playing with the provided board games in the basement entertainment area, and remote workers and students can take advantage of the free WiFi to perform some online research for those last-minute projects.

You'll be within walking distance of town and close to a grocery store for those important vacation staples. Spend the day sightseeing then come home to gather around the firepit for a campfire, laughter, and of course some toasted s'mores! The private washer/dryer will ensure everyone looks their best during your stay, so you can afford to pack light for your trip!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Love everything about this beautful property. Whoever renovated and decorated it has excellent taste. Location is great, just a very short walk into downtown. Hot tub and fire pit are a lot of fun too!!

Perfect vacation spot!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! This house was perfect for our group of 6. It was clean, cozy, and ideally located close to downtown Harbor Springs. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house in HS!

This is our second time staying at this property. It is located in the heart of Harbor Springs, has everything you could possibly need and has the most comfortable beds! Also, great storage for ski equipment in the winter too!

Autumn in Harbor Springs

The interior of this home is very nice and updated. It was perfect for our 3-day get-a-way. While we didn't spend a lot of time at the house, we did enjoy our evenings. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms updated (heated floor on main level - nice), and we totally loved the record player in the living room w/classic album choices!

Retro and Quaint

This location is superb and we enjoyed the turntable and record albums! There is also a cabinet which houses games to enjoy in the beautiful enclosed sun porch. The hosts are thoughtful to also include bathroom amenities and plenty of towels. We found the beds to be comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The down duvets are heavenly!

Ski get away

This home exceeded our expectations. I am particular to details and fet like the owner definitely went above and beyond-classy, clean, and very comfortable. We stayed 2 nights, spent most of our time skiing at Nubs nob(only 7mi. Away) perfect place to be able to come in from the slopes and relax in the hot tub and make a meal in a kitchen that had everything you could possibly need to make your meals. Beds were super comfortable and the house was beautifully furnished and decorated, loved it!!! We will definitely be back!!

Great Vintage Property in Great Location

Well equipped and we’ll decorated vintage home near downtown Harbor Springs. Appropriate for summer or winter rentals. Vacasa property management is difficult to reach if you have questions or problems. Suggest calling the local property manager instead (get their number before checking in).

Beautiful property

This property was beautiful and very well maintained. The interior decorating was so cute, even including a record player and some records! I wish we had stayed more than 2 days. The hot tub was wonderful. Everything was easy. There were also lots of board games, and a convenient washer/dryer. Walking distance to the center of town - however take note that it is up a very steep hill (but at least there are several benches for rest on that hill!) Only negative was that the listed price was a lot lower than what it ended up costing, since the extra fees were quite high and were not listed originally when the property popped up on our search. We wouldn't have ended up booking at that price, however it was the only property available for our dates, so we didn't have much choice. But it pretty much doubled the expected cost.

Someone up in the attic

what a cozy charming experience until me and my wife were going to sleep. I kept hearing noises only a person could make upstairs while we were in the basement. We were the only ones staying there. I checked the house several times but the upstairs to the attic was locked. There’s not a doubt in my mind that there was someone living up in the attic. When I got there I found the door to the basement exit unlocked . The house hasn’t been secure since the last person there. Everything was so creepy I could barely sleep the first night and we ended up abandoning our stay a night early and headed back home. There were noises undeniable that someone was upstairs like footsteps going to 10 steps or stuff dropping on the floor above. The house is in good condition and the noises couldn’t be from the weather creaking the house, if you heard what I heard you’d believe me. We both left pretty shaken up over it all it was not normal and I definitely wouldn’t take the risk of staying here.

This is a lovely house with all of the amenities. It has a great location on the bluff and even has a view of the lake. You can’t go wrong with this property.

I really love the walk ability of this location. I love the room layout the comfort of the mattresses and all of the tiny details that were taken care of (ie., equipping the kitchen with the lemon squeezer)!
