This apartment has a chic interior; with extensive decorations and high-end furniture, you will surely enjoy every moment around this unit.
It is located on the12th floor of Studio One Tower, is spread over 66 sqm, and has capacity for 4 people.
The living / dining area is cozy, yet all inclusive. It has a grey L-shaped double-sofa bed for your extra guests, a coffee table, a matching TV unit with a TV, as well as beautiful decorations and artworks.

You can also find a chic rounded dining table with four chairs, and beautiful decorations surrounding it.
The room is naturally well-lit, as it has floor-to-ceiling glass doors giving access to a private fully furnished balcony.
The kitchen is beautifully filled with white cabinets and countertops, and is nested in this open area. Equipment and utensils include cooking basics, dishes and silverware, dishwasher, hot water kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, freezer, stove and juicer.

The bedroom is gorgeous! It boasts a beautiful black king-size bed, dressed with fresh white linens and beige bedcovers. Night tables with lamps, wardrobe, and decorations are also available in the room.
We can also provide you with extra blankets and pillows, upon request.
The bathroom connected to this room includes a large shower cubicle, a washbasin, and a toilet. Toiletries are also provided.
A second bathroom for guests is available; it includes a toilet and a washbasin.

The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as fire extinguisher, and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Studio One is located at the West end of Dubai Marina with a convenient exit to Sheikh Zayed Road and walking distance to the JBR beach, surrounded by a range of dining and supermarkets.

Major landmarks around the tower include Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Marina Walk, and Aqua Fun Water Park.
Different modes of transportation near Studio One Dubai Marina are available. You can use bus, metro and taxi service to commute.

Various bus stops are located near Studio One Dubai Marina. JLT, Business Centre Bus Stop is at a 12-minute distance from the building. Jumeirah Beach Residence Bus Stop and Bluewater Island Bus Stop are 13 minutes away from the location.

Several metro stations are located near Studio One Tower, Dubai Marina. Jabel Ali Metro Station is an 8-minute drive from the location. DMCC Metro Station is 10 minutes away. Sobha Realty Metro Station is at a 15-minute distance from Studio One Tower.

Tram service is a convenient option for residents to commute.. Jumeirah Beach Residence Tram Station is 9 minutes away. Whereas Dubai Marina Mall Tram Station is a 12 -minute drive from Studio One, Marina.

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.Main attractions in Dubai Marina include: Lotus Mega Yacht, Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7, JBR Beach, The Yellow Boats, Dubai Marina Walk, Getting around the neighborhood is a lot easier with the Dubai Tram, with its 11 tram stations, stretching from JBR to Al Sufouh. There are a few tram stations in the community as well, such as the Marina Towers Tram Station near Marina Pinnacle and MAG 218 Tower. Also, there are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road), 6-min drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive. Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away.
