You can go hiking directly in summer and winter. The nearest ski resort is Formiguères, and is 10 minutes away by car. Cycle path nearby. Le Blanc Neige is fully equipped, spacious (70m}), with 2 bedrooms, bright and very comfortable.
The accommodation
The Blanc Neige apartment is a property built in 2023, and fitted out in 2024. New.
*Laundry room with cleaning products and washing machine, and dryer. Drying rack.
Direct access to the terrace.
*Main living room: equipped kitchen and lounge/relaxation area with TV and dining area.
*Sleeping area: (pillows, duvets, blankets provided)
Bedroom 1:
- 1 bed in 140 and dressing room / storage
Bedroom 2:
-2 beds in 90 and dressing room / storage
-Optional household linen
*Shower room:
- walk-in shower / double sink unit / storage
Cleaning: A few simple gestures out of respect for the premises (cleaning products provided). Washable cloths and sponges are also available. For ecological reasons, we have made this choice which corresponds to our values (less consumables, less plastic, to try to make small gestures for our planet).
• Comfort: TV, workspace (small table and chair).
• Parking: At the foot of the apartment in the street and in the parking provided for this purpose in front of the accommodation.
• Pets: Our four-legged friends are allowed as long as they do not allow access to the beds and sofa. We insist on the importance of respecting this rule in order to respect the premises and the furniture.

Access: "Puyvalador" on GPS, then take a road to the right at the level of the housing development.

Traveller access
Travellers will have exclusive and complete access to the accommodation, guaranteeing total privacy and comfort. Here are the spaces you will have access to:
• Main Room: Includes a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxation / living area with TV, and a dining area.
• Sleeping Area:
-A welcoming bedroom with a double bed and a storage / dressing closet.
-A second bedroom with two 90x190 beds and dressing room
Bathroom: Functional and spacious space with all the necessary equipment for your comfort
Toilet independent.
• Terrace at the front of the accommodation: Enjoy a moment of conviviality while enjoying a meal or relaxing.
• Small open space at the entrance level: A practical space to leave shoes for the respect of the apartment and better comfort for you.
A few days before your arrival, we will provide you with a detailed map to facilitate your arrival. You can park easily on the street, and right in front of the apartment.
We encourage you to take full advantage of these spaces, while respecting the place as if it were your own.
And for this, we provide cleaning products. Washable cloths and sponges are also available.
For ecological reasons, we have made this choice which corresponds to our values (less consumables, less plastic, more recyclable and recycled materials to try to make small gestures for our planet). We will ask you to gather the laundry used on the washing machine. Thank you.

Other remarks:
• Proximity to ski resorts: The ski resort of Puyvalador is closed for the 2024-2025 season, however the Le Blanc neige apartment is located close to the major renowned resorts such as Formiguères, Les Angles, Pyrénées 2000, and Font-Romeu. It is a real privilege for lovers of winter sports and all other winter activities.
Surrounding nature: near the resort located at an altitude of 1800m, the Blanc neige is in the heart of a breathtaking mountain setting. Calm and serenity are de rigueur in this preserved nature. Weather conditions can vary quickly, so remember to check the forecast and bring suitable equipment.
• Quality equipment and linen: We offer sheets, towels, dish towels for greater practicality and additional comfort.
Note that this equipment is not included in the initial price but is available on request at an additional cost.
• Preservation of the accommodation: In order to preserve it, we invite you to remove your shoes at the entrance. Don't forget to bring slippers or indoor shoes for more comfort.
Respect and maintenance: The Snow White, frequently occupied by our family, is a privileged and important place in our eyes. We hope that you will take care of it as we do. We trust you to put things in order before your departure.
