Welcome to our charming 38 m² apartment, ideal for enjoying the lively atmosphere of Aix-en-Provence city centre. Located in a pedestrian street, it offers easy access to the city's many shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. It is a stone's throw from the town hall square and its famous market. Nestled on the 3rd floor without a lift in a building in the historic centre, you only need to climb a few more steps to reach this comfortable and practical pied-à-terre.
Our accommodation includes:
A living room: A cosy space with a sofa bed, television, desk and wifi included in the price. The windows are double glazed.
A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, washing machine, oven, all kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave, Senseo coffee machine.
A bathroom: equipped with a shower, a toilet and a shower.
One bedroom: it has a large double bed with storage space.
All household linen is provided (sheets, tea towels and towels).
Wifi is free of charge.
On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):
- Washing powder and cleaning products
- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)
- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to access the apartment guide. You will have the option of choosing flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.
The accommodation is located in the city centre, in the heart of the bustling city of Aix, in a cobbled pedestrian street. Note that the street is lively even in the evening, perfect for those who like to enjoy the nightlife.
To get to the accommodation: By car The centre of Aix-en-Provence is mainly pedestrianised and the street is located in a lively area. It is recommended that you park in a nearby public car park.
The nearest car parks: **Parking Rotonde** (about 5 minutes' walk) - **Parking Bellegarde** **Parking Carnot**, also accessible in a few minutes on foot. The cheapest is the Brunet car park, 3 km away (it will cost €3.50 per day: this covers parking for the car and the bus journey for passengers to the centre).
By bus The Aix-en-Provence bus station is well served by the bus network, particularly the lines that serve the city centre. From the station, it is only about a 10-minute walk to the accommodation
. By train If you arrive by train, from the Aix TGV station, you can take a shuttle to the Aix-en-Provence bus station, then walk or take a bus to the historic centre. For more information on transport options and timetables, you can consult the website of the Aix-en-Provence Tourist Office as well as the public transport websites to adjust your itinerary according to your arrival time.
A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).
This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.
Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
