The spacious, light-filled living area opens onto a sunny terrace and a private pool (open from June through September). Those looking to unwind will enjoy the game room, equipped with a pool table and a foosball table. Located near the Marais de Bonnefont nature reserve, this is the perfect spot to enjoy local activities during peak season. The village also offers a variety of activities, including a City Stade, playgrounds, a tennis court, and a pétanque court—not to mention the Saule Water Park and the Tauriac Recreation Center for unforgettable family moments. The house is located in the heart of the village, near the owners’ home. Spread over three levels: entryway, laundry room (washer and dryer), game room (pool table and foosball table); from there, you can access the main living area directly at ground level or go up the stairs to a large 67 m² living area, 2 bedrooms (1 140-bed, 1 160-bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (1 160-bed, 2 90-beds, 1 bunk bed), and a separate toilet. Oil-fired central heating throughout the cottage and a fireplace in the living area. Two 20 m² terraces, one facing the street and the other accessible from the living area on the pool side. Enclosed 400 m² property with a private pool (8x4, 0.40 to 1.40 meters deep) secured by a bar-top cover, plus sun loungers. An 80 m² open area surrounding the cottage with wooden patio furniture and a barbecue. Two parking spaces. Stays are only available on a two-week basis during the summer season. The property is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
