It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 350 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included – we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Main house:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 : one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds (90×190)
- Bedroom 3 : one double bed (140×190) and one single bed (90×190)
- Bedroom 4 : one double bed (140×190) - 2 shower rooms
- 2 separate WCs
- A laundry room

Outbuilding in the garden : with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190), a WC, a washbasin and a shower.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :

The house is ideally located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (1 space).
