The house was completely renovated by the owners in June 2023, who took special care with the decor and the comfort of the on-site amenities. Shops, bars, restaurants, and a bakery are right at your doorstep. You’ll especially enjoy the view of the Seine, visible from every room across three levels. There are plenty of walks along the Seine’s meanders, caving opportunities, a visit to Robert le Diable Castle, and the historic district of Rouen… A small courtyard is accessible at the back of the house (right of way via nearby neighbors). On the first floor: - Open-concept kitchen opening onto the living room with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a high-quality sofa bed with a mattress that sleeps 2 people, - Fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and a drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, gas stovetop, combination microwave-oven, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, and freezer, along with all necessary utensils, basic condiments, and household cleaning supplies. 1st floor: - Large bedroom with a view of the Seine, featuring a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a TV, - Bathroom with a walk-in shower, an electric towel warmer, and a separate toilet. Second floor: - Large bedroom with a view of the Seine, featuring a 140x190 cm bed and a TV. All sheets, bath towels, dish towels, and throws are provided.
