Giulio was great! He met us at the property and told us the history of it. He helped us with places to eat as well as arranging a taxi when we exited. Nice property for a group.

Loved this apartment and location

Apartment was clean and so Beautiful. WeCould not of asked for a better location. The raven below the apartment was a highlight. StaffWas so friendly and welcoming. Food and drinks were amazing.

Beautiful 3 bedroom on the grand canal with a great view and perfect location in the city. There is a fun restaurant in the same courtyard as well for drinks. i would recommend this to anyone with the budget to afford.

Beautiful property in an amazing location!

It was a quick visit to Venice for us on our way to hiking the Dolomites. Another friend had recommended this specific property and it did not disappoint! Incredible apartment in an unbeatable location in Venice. The host was amazing and couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend!

Amazing!!!

Fantastic Property!! Giulio was super helpful describing the space. Old world charm…Very comfortable with family of 4 and a great friend. Close proximity to everything 25 min walk from train. Highly suggest taking taxi boat to unit. They drop you right at unit. Amazing views down the Grand Canal.

Gorgeous apartment

We loved staying here! Plenty of space for four adults and two kids. Easy check in, lots of great recommendations for food and aid in procuring water taxis. A truly beautiful property, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautifully Designed & Spacious Apartment!

Our family of 6 stayed here for 2 nights. The is a very unique apartment and beautifully designed. We love that Guilio was the architect and felt like we were living with art. The dining room with window overlooking the Canal! It was very convenient as the water taxi dropped us off right in front of the apartment. Guilio met us as we arrived before check in at 2pm. He allowed us to store our bags and gave us an overview of the apartment. He even sent us a list of recommendations that his daughter had handwritten. We ate at two of recommended 1000 Gourmet Venezia and Al Mascaron, both which are really good. The apartment is very walkable to St. Mark's Square, Doge's Palace, etc. A plus that there's grocery store right around the corner. We even bumped into Guilio walking around town and thought that was so cool. If you're looking for a private place with plenty of space, book this! You will be happy you did.

Family trip to Venice

It was a great place to stay. We had a tremendous view on the Grand Canal and from the waterfront a direct view to the Rialto-Bridge. It was easy to explore the city by feet, because everything is reached within an hour, so you can keep the kids in good mood! There is a shop around the corner and there are several places that offer ice-cream, Pizza and Frozen Joghurt to take home. The appartement itself has got great flair, a perfect mixture of an old house, some old furniture and modern texture aswell. A cosy place we definitly would visit again!

Incredible Apt

We LOVED staying in this historic, comfortable spacious, and beautifully decorated apt! The location was so convenient - right near the Rialto Bridge, shopping, and restaurants - but also the entrance was tucked behind an alleyway so it felt peaceful whenever we returned. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the view of the Grand Canal was stunning. Having breakfast in the dining area overlooking the water each morning was heavenly. Giulio was always responsive and extremely helpful - from restaurant recs to booking us a taxi when we left. One thing to note is that because it is a restored building, the wiring is older, so be careful when plugging in electronics. We had the power go out once - but even though it was late Giulio responded right away and explained how to reset the breaker. Highly, highly recommend this special place.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious, an eclectic mix of old and new. Great location, centrally located. Great restaurant right next door. Host was very helpful and responsive. We would def stay again.

Great property

Place was terrific. Extremely clean and comfortable and a perfect location. The taverna next door is a highlight too. Host made everything easy. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Venice.

Perfect location; Beautiful Rustic Apartment with Amenities

The owner, Gulio, was very helpful to provide us with instructions for the water taxi to locate the apartment. The Apartment is rustic in style, but well equipped with modern amenities (for example, air conditioning!) There is one flight of stairs to climb. It is located right on the canal. There is a restaurant next door, and it is located in a central location to shops, sites, restaurants, etc. The host was helpful, the property was clean, and we definitely recommend this Vbro!

Love the Grand Canal Spectacular Apt!!

My family of five (girls 17,15,11) visited Venice for the first time and enjoyed everything the Grand Spectacular had to offer. To begin, Giulio was so warm and friendly; thank you Giulio for being such a good communicator! The experience of pulling up to the apt in a private water taxi from Venice airport was a unique and thrilling experience for myself and family. You made it easy. Your advice on the city was so great as well. We had such a wonderful trip. And also thank you for the taxi to the train station. We made it there safely and to Roma on time. If anyone is making this trip to Rome on way to Amalfi- I highly recommend the executive class. It’s awesome. Grazie Grazie!!

Venice Stay

Great location but need better address for boats to find location. The restaurant next to the apartment is superb, food is outstanding and reservations are required. Restaurant is Taverna del Remer. Enjoy!

Great Location

This apartment sits above a quiet courtyard with a restaurant and dock which gives you a great view. You have giant picture windows in the apartment which gives you a great view of the water. The dock gives you a very nice view of the Rialto bridge. Also easy access from the airport by private water taxi. The location is a 10! The inside is a blend of old and new design… everything works! Great for a family of 5 or 6
