Villa HELIOSEA is a recent house built in 2022, modern, chic, comfortable with air conditioning and wifi available throughout the house.

The house is currently undergoing some changes (new decoration/ new furniture, addition of a petanque court, installation of a summer kitchen in the garden shelter...) New photos will be updated at the end of March: beautiful surprises for optimal comfort.

THE HOUSE
offers large bright spaces where everyone will find their privacy:

*On the ground floor:
-a living room of 80m2 very bright with large screen TV (180cm), south west facing, view on the pool
-a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, robot kitchen, kettle...and Nespresso coffee (capsules)
-a master suite with shower room (Queen size bed 160x200, Italian shower + wc), large dressing room, view on the pool and jacuzzi.
-a room with queen size bed 160x200 and storage
-a cellar with washing machine and wine cellar
-a separate toilet

*On the floor:
-3 bedrooms with queen size beds 160x200
-a large mezzanine with an office for telework, some board games and books available.
-a separate toilet

*Air conditioning is available throughout the villa.
*Linen is included in high season: from 5 July to 29 August 2025 (sheets and towels according to number of people indicated at the reservation)

THE GARDEN/ LEISURE
It is a large fenced garden of 1000m2, a relaxation area with:
-a heated pool in season to cool off and have fun.
-a quality jacuzzi, available year round, to relax
-a dining area under the pergola to share moments of conviviality
-a garden seating area to sip a drink in peace.
-a summer kitchen with electric plancha for the pleasure of preparing meals.

*Petanque field in the course of development (photo end of March), this one will be close to the garden room, towards the parking, at the front of the house.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD/ THE VILLAGE
The house is located in a residential area of Leon. You can easily reach on foot or by bike:
- the village center and shops located at 400m
-the beach of the lake by bike path to 2.2kms
-the beach of Moliets 8.5kms (bike path)
-The supermarket "Carrefour Market" at 700m

INFORMATION STAY
The Concierge will be your host and your contact before and during your stay.
Linen (sheets and towels) is included in the price of the stay only for the high season (5 July-29 August).
Bed linen and towels available in low season.
The concierge offers a rental service with beds made on arrival, to be paid in advance on the online shop

THE ACTIVITIES
The surroundings are perfect for different sports such as surfing, cycling, canoeing, fishing... There is also a wide network of cycling and hiking trails.
*In Leon: next to the lake, you will find a park with tree-climbing facilities, a mini golf course, a nautical base, playgrounds and the lake beach.
*In Moliets, 5 min drive, many surf schools, a great adventure park, the superb international golf, the ocean, the starting point for a ride on the Huchet stream, nature reserve, with a boatman or walk...

THE VILLAGE
Leon is a nice little village with shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars, small supermarket .. and especially animated by its traditional market with many exhibitors, every day from June 15 to the end of September.
Winter/spring: market 2 times a week (Sunday and Tuesday)

NATURE
Léon is a village "nature" thanks to its beautiful nature reserve "the Current of Huchet". You will be guided on foot or by boat (accompanied by the boatmen). Once on site, in the heart of the vegetation, you will understand why this nature reserve is nicknamed «the Landes Amazon» and feel this impression of end of the world.

BEACH
By car or bike, you will reach the main beach of Moliets 8.5kms which is the place to surf, sunbathe, eat an ice cream... , those looking for entertainment will find everything on site thanks to the shops installed along the main beach.
For those looking for a more intimate, wild beach, we advise you to go to the beach of Lette Blanche which offers a large free parking.

TOURISM,
Léon, located in the south of the Landes region is close to notable tourist sites:
-Vieux-Boucau 15 min drive, beautiful sea lake .
-Hossegor, 25 min, sea lake, internationally renowned surf spot,
-Capbreton, 30 min, cited marine with its wooden pier and its large port of 900 boats
-l'écomusée de Marquèze: experience a day trip back in time to discover the Landes folklore of the 19th century.

*At the gates of the Basque Country:
-Bayonne, 50 min away
-Biarritz and Saint Jean de Luz, at 1:00
-San Sebastian, in Spain at 1:30...
