Grayton Pointe is an incredible, luxurious home located on Defuniak Street in Grayton Beach that was built in 2018! Consisting of both a main house (2,829 interior sf, 562 sf covered poolside porch) and a carriage house (963 interior sf), Grayton Pointe will sleep a total of 8 guests and offers a 15’ x 30’ private heated pool (heating fee applies) and a 7-minute stroll to the beach and “downtown” Grayton. Driveway parking for 4 vehicles. Please NOTE: Garage is not accessible to guests; poolside fireplace decorative only (not for guest use).

Historic Grayton Beach is 30A’s original beach community, founded in the mid-1880’s, which has stayed true to its funky, eclectic vibe. With its designated Blue Wave beach, Grayton Beach has been listed in Dr. Steven Leatherman's (“Dr. Beach”) infamous Top 10 Beaches of America FOUR times since 1991 (#1 in 1994, #6 in 2016, #3 in 2019, #1 in 2020), thanks to its pristine coastline and untouched dunes.
