Welcome to Villa Martin, a beautifully renovated Istrian stone house offering the perfect combination of traditional charm and modern comfort. With 175 m² of living space and a private 26 m² swimming pool, this peaceful retreat accommodates up to 10 guests, perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing countryside getaway.
Originally built in 1961, the villa still showcases authentic Istrian stonework, now complemented by thoughtful extensions and a complete renovation in 2017. Set in the quiet village of Kringa, just 20 km from the sea, it offers the best of rural tranquility while keeping the coast within easy reach.
The villa features two floors of bright and inviting interiors.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious open-plan area where the fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and living room come together.
The kitchen has everything you need: oven, stovetop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
The dining area enjoys large windows overlooking the pool, while the cozy living room features exposed stone walls, comfortable sofa, and a 65" SMART TV with free Netflix and Prime Video.
This floor also includes a bathroom, laundry room (ideal for storing luggage), and direct access to the outdoor terrace.
Upstairs, there are four comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom
Bedroom 1 – Double bed and a fan
Bedroom 2 – Two single beds and a fan
Bedroom 3 – Double bed, air conditioning, and balcony with village and garden views
Master Bedroom – Double bed, air conditioning, private bathroom, satellite 42” TV with streaming services, desk with two chairs, safe, and a balcony with the same beautiful views
With a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas, the outdoor space is ideal for unwinding and enjoying the open air. A BBQ grill and a dining terrace invite long alfresco meals, while a separate covered lounge area is perfect for evening drinks.
Private parking is available for two cars inside the property, with an extra space just outside.
Whether you’re unwinding by the pool, enjoying a barbecue under the covered terrace, or exploring the surrounding countryside and nearby coastline, Villa Martin offers a serene escape with everything you need for a memorable Istrian holiday.

Villa Simone is located in the quiet village of Kringa, right in the heart of Central Istria. The area is peaceful and rural, with few neighbors, mostly local residents and other holiday homes, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Since the villa is not on the main road, there's very little traffic and plenty of privacy.
Although Kringa feels calm and remote, it's actually very well-connected. Its central location makes it easy to visit the coast and nearby towns like Poreč and Rovinj, both less than a 30-minute drive away. You really get the best of both worlds: peaceful countryside and vibrant coastal towns within easy reach.
Just 150 meters from the villa, there’s an excellent local restaurant offering traditional Istrian dishes. A small grocery store is only 1 kilometer away and has all the essentials.
The area offers a taste of local life, with a few nearby farms producing Istrian specialties like prosciutto, cheese, olive oil, and wine. A small craft winery just a few minutes away is a great spot to taste local wines and enjoy warm, authentic hospitality.
If you're visiting with kids, the Adrenaline Park is only 1 kilometer away. It has a zip line, swings, quad rides, a fast-food stand, and plenty of space to relax. Pets are welcome there too. For sports lovers, a football and basketball court is also just 1 kilometer from the villa.
