Our cottage "Au fil de l'Aude" is an independent and air-conditioned accommodation of 85m² completely refurbished on the first floor (R+1) of a house from the end of the 18th century located on the edge of the junction canal (between the Midi and Robine canals). It offers a TV living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with TV with a maximum capacity of 4 people plus 2 minors. Each room is equipped with a "Queen size" bed and a single bed (child or baby on request) and has a bathroom or shower room and a separate private toilet. The accommodations are accessible by stairs or lift.
This accommodation has been classified 4* (four stars) by the "CETIRE", a company mandated by the Grand Narbonne tourist office to which we are affiliated via the organization "La Côte du Midi". (https://www.cotedumidi.com)
The garden level includes an art deco lounge (with Karaoke equipment), a games room (billiards, table football, etc.), an extra kitchenette for your outdoor meals, a laundry room and a bathroom that can accommodate a person with reduced mobility (PRM).
The outdoor facilities include a courtyard with shade cloths, a pleasure pool (with bream and roach), a 52m² swimming pool with a constant depth (135cm), a balneo-relaxation area with spa and sauna, a 2100m² park including a closed and secure parking area.
A free WIFI system covers the entire property, built and outdoor.
We provide our guests with bicycles (hybrid bikes & e-bikes) and a set of outdoor games.
We are located 12km from the historic center of Narbonne, 25 minutes from the Mediterranean and 50 minutes from Carcassonne.
