Discover this new residence ideally located in the heart of the Vars Les Claux resort, close to shops and just 200 metres from the snow front.It offers large spacious apartments, offering all the comfort necessary for your stay in the mountains. Most units also have a parking space.The residence is now complete, however the neighbouring complex is still under construction, with works that evolve day after day.

All included!This apartment has a spacious and modern living room, equipped with a TV and opening onto a south-east facing terrace, perfect for enjoying natural light. The fully equipped open kitchen includes an oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, plunger mixer, toaster, filter coffee machine, citrus press, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, raclette machineOn the sleeping side, you will find a separate first bedroom, equipped with two 120 x 200 beds and a window door overlooking the outside. The second bedroom has a double bed in 160 x 200, offering all the necessary comfort for peaceful nights.
