Bedroom #4 (Bunk Room) - Sleeps 4-6
The bunk room is the third bedroom. It has 1 twin over twin bunk and 1 full over full bunk. Able to accommodate all the little ones.

We also offer a pack n play as well as a toddler blow up bed for those that aren't ready for a big bed.

1. This is a little family business -- We want to share our love of the mountains with other families. We treat our vacation rental properties as a business, and strive to create an exceptional and memorable experience with each and every stay.

2. We believe communication is key -- From your initial booking request, through the day you check-out, we are available to answer any and all questions or concerns. We also provide detailed documentation needed to access the property, including driving directions, access codes, and an on-site welcome guide.

3. We Self Manage -- We will be your primary contact leading up to, and throughout your stay. This means you wont be speaking with some property management company staffer who has never stayed at the home, and who may not be familiar with the Winter Park area.

4. Amenities -- From provided coffee grounds, sugars, and teas, to Q-tips, cotton balls, and hair dryers, we want to make sure that you have what you need to enjoy your stay. We will provide a detailed "property inventory" document prior to your stay, so you know what we provide, and what you may need to bring.
