Birthday Vacation

My family and self really enjoyed this property. It was in a great location, within great distance of everywhere we visited. The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed that we may not have brought. Very spacious for my family. We will definitely request this property for our next trip.

A great option.

Its a great option for a beach vacation without the busy busy boardwalk mob. 15 min drive from the main VA beach boardwalk. Quiet neighborhood which was perfect for our 17 month old baby. Everyone that has had a baby is feeling me on that one.

Outstanding Place!!!

My family and I were in Virginia Beach for a graduation. Our stay was awesome and we were able to get everywhere we needed to go in a timely manner. The accommodations were more then we expected. There was a fully stocked fridge with many beverage selections. My only qualm was the room with the queen bed without the bathroom seemed very hot, a fan would’ve been helpful for the evenings.

Fabulous 2 Story Townhome in a quiet neighborhood

This property exceeded my expectations, and our host (Tim) should be called a SUPER host for his wonderful communication and care! This is a 2 story townhome (all 3 bedrooms upstairs). The beds and pillows are super COMFY, the home is quiet, and the appliances are NEW and worked perfectly! The kitchen is outfitted wonderfully with loads of equipment. The in unit washer and dryer was much appreciated! Finally, the location of the unit is great--I felt safe walking in the mornings, and it was easy to find stores (grocery as well as restaurants) close to the unit. 15 minutes to the beaches, and 15 minutes to the Norfolk airport--perfection!

Great place!!

This was a wonderful property, Had everything you could need during your stay in VB! I will say the ring camera in the backyard is kind of weird it made us feel like we were being watched. However i totally understand protecting your property! An amazing place to stay other than that! The Master bedroom and out back area was my favorite part of the house! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay

We come to Virginia once a year to visit family and this house was perfect for my grown children and my spouse and I. All the comforts of home and lots of extras. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend!

Short girls vacay

We were very pleased with everything about the house. It was beautiful and the park and pool made my granddaughters very happy. We had an issue with the ice maker and Tim went above and beyond my expectations to resolve the issue. We were very satisfied and if we head to VA Beach again will definitely try to stay here again. Clean, great location, great communication

My family's stay at Tim and Trudy's was exceptional. We initially had a small issue with the floors being dirty but Tim was extremely responsive and resolved the issue quickly. The kitchen appliances are new and we were able to easily make meals for the family. The space was perfect for our group and allowed us all to get together in one place.

Great location!

Clean, comfortable townhouse just as advertised. Took our daughter, her husband and 2 grands ages 4 and 5. Plenty of space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, brand new washer and dryer. The children had never been to the ocean, and they loved it. After the waves beat us up the first day at VA Beach, we went to the Ocean View (Sarah Constant Park) area of City of Norfolk beaches up on the bay and that’s where we landed every other day. Much kinder, gentler waves, easy walk from the car and free parking. Another perk for this townhouse is Thalia Park at the end of the street. Perfect playground for the little ones. We were disappointed that we could not use the community pool, but HOA rules wouldn’t allow it. If I had known that in advance, I would not have booked this place, but in the end, we didn’t miss it too much. We were 20 minutes from everywhere—it got to be a running joke! I’m giving the unit 5 stars (it’s not exactly luxurious but plenty nice enough and comfy beds), but I would only give the neighborhood 3.5 stars. Working class, a little rundown, girls next door sat outside smoking…something…every day. I felt safe there, but the inside is nicer than the outside. Off street parking is nice. Owner is very responsive and cordial. We also enjoyed the Virginia Aquarium, Ocean Waves water park, Mt Trashmore, and the ferry boat downtown from Norfolk Waterside district across to Portsmouth ($2 bring exact change). Can’t wait for next year!

Excellent Property

The property was immaculate!! The location was perfect-surrounded by many stores and restaurants! Took no time to get to the beach! The only problem was a patio was being built and the workers showed up too early in the morning using cutting machines that woke the entire house up! But the host quickly apologized for the inconvenience! I would definatley rent this place again-as my family comes every year for a short vacation!

Weekend getaway

This was the first VRBO that I have rented and I was not disappointed. I appreciated the extra little touches of leaving a welcome basket with snacks and having shampoo/lotion in case it was forgotten. I would definitely recommend this place and the owners were very nice with easy to follow check-in and out directions.

Exceptional Stay!

I want to thank Tim and Trudy for making this stay a most exceptional one! The home is just beautiful and it was sparkling clean. The decor was nice, the beds and bedding were comfortable and every single room was just lovely. The kitchen is well appointed and the Keurig was stocked and my mom was pleased that there was decaf! What I most appreciate is that Tim was very responsive to me and called and texted to make sure that I understood how to use the lock on the door and to answer any questions I had about the house. The bathrooms were super clean and had fresh towels. We will definitely be booking this wonderful place again. Thanks so much Tim and Trudy!

Awesome Experience

This property was in the perfect location for what we were in VA Beach for. It was 10 minutes from my sisters house, while also being close enough to go to the beach. The house was clean and easy to find everything we needed! The owners were easily reached when any questions arose and explained everything perfect. I would definitely consider renting this property again in the future!

VA Beach Weekend

Property was a described, in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all off-site amenities, dining, etc. Property managers were very helpful and responsive during booking, check in, and the duration of the stay.
