The Cocoonr agency offers this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Moissac-Bellevue. It has a surface area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 27 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 5,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is available. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 27 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- Two bathrooms with bathtubs
- Two separate WCs
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 5 m x 10 m, accessible from June to October.
- A 5,000 m² garden, fully enclosed and wooded.
- A pergola (4 m x 3 m) with outdoor lounge area.
- A 10 m² patio designed to make the most of sunny days.
- A terrace of approximately 12 m², perfect for aperitifs at sunset.
The house is ideally located in Moissac-Bellevue, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Close to the property, you will find the friendly and lively Provençal markets of Riez, Salernes and Lorgues.
There is also the Valensole plateau with its lavender fields, rich in colour and fragrance.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 4 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Les Arcs - Draguignan, approximately 45 km away.
- Nearest airports: Marseille & Nice, approximately 110 km away.
Other comments:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to weather conditions
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged
- The fireplace is decorative and must not be used
