Calm & tranquility on the edge of a lane, adjoining the last washhouse of the village from 1850 (accessible), in a peaceful residential area of the town center of Marcigny with old-world charm. Bordered by the Loire & nestled in the heart of the gentle, unspoiled Brionnais countryside, this picturesque medieval town has an exceptional heritage, offers many amenities all accessible on foot (shops, services & leisure facilities) and benefits from a beautiful rural setting, a magnificent preserved setting of nature & greenery, combining beautiful wild forests, rivers & ponds with the sumptuous local bocage.
