Beach Getaway with Private Heated Pool and Two King Beds

Enjoy this beautiful fully remodeled beach house just 5 miles from downtown and the Indian River, and a quick 15 minute drive to the ocean. The home features a large, private, heated pool and lanai. Furnished with two king beds, full-size bunk bed with twin trundle, and spacious couch, this vacation getaway is perfect for one family or two! The kitchen is fully stocked to entertain for any occasion. Complete with high speed WiFi, Disney+, Netflix, Cable, etc...

To ensure a safe stay for all of our guests, an in depth cleaning before every stay includes a deep cleaning and disinfecting of ALL areas. The deep cleaning is a 7-8 hour process disinfecting all areas using a combination of highly effective commercial cleaning products that kill 99.99% of germs/bacteria throughout the house. The cleaners cover the tables, floors, chairs, shelves, racks, upholstery, carpets, bedding, mattresses, door knobs, controllers, faucet handles, and all appliances.

We have a strict no pets policy along with a age requirement of 25 years or older to book. There are no exceptions to these policies.

This home is the perfect place for your family (or two families) to unwind, relax, and enjoy Sebastian! Featuring two memory foam king beds, full-size bunk bed with twin trundle, and large couch, there is more than enough space to comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The living room and dining/kitchen areas feature sliding patio doors so the good times can flow out into the screened-in dining and sitting areas right next to the beautifully refinished heated pool.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, plates, silverware, kids plates/bowls/utensils, basic spices, and stainless steel appliances so that you can whip up a quick bite or prepare a full holiday meal. No beach house stay is complete without utilizing the provided BBQ grill.

You will have no problem entertaining the whole crew with sprawling open living spaces featuring a 65" 4K smart TVs with access to Disney+, Discovery+, Netflix, Comcast Cable, and countless other live and on demand options.

Retreat to the master suite where a 50” 4K Smart TV awaits along with a large en-suite bathroom.

High speed WiFi is provided to ensure guests are able to use all their wireless devices.

Please note there is a ring doorbell camera at the front door.

All of the expected comforts of home are provided with fresh linens, towels, spare pillows/blankets, toiletries, and brand new Samsung washer and dryer.

The host was extremely responsive to any requests as well as some minor issues at check in and offered to address the issues immediately. 5 star on that note. They even let us check in a little earlier than posted which was wonderful since traveling with a baby. The house was spacious enough and the kitchen especially was very well equipped.I felt like the picture of the pool and surrounding area did not exactly match the VRBO pic. The pool itself seemed clean and certainly warm enough but the deck in need of some repairs and at least power wash. It certainly met our needs and was very affordable. I would consider this home again on my next trip to that area.

Super Clean - close to great fishing and excellent beaches!

My family had a wonderful stay at your house!! When we entered the home, we could tell right away it had been extensively cleaned! The “basics” were provided ( paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps for each sink, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, ziplock bags, Saran Wrap, aluminum foil, laundry detergent). It was all there! The bed linens were super clean and all the mattresses were comfortable (memory foam mattresses). We really enjoyed the outdoor pool (perfect size) with provided patio furniture. All the beach gear was ready to go too! Plenty of beach chairs, towels and an umbrella! This was great since we could not bring any of this with us on our flight there. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Headwaters fishing lake is about a 25 minute drive and Golden Sands Beach about 15 minutes away. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, dishes and cookware. Coffee and tea were even available to get the week started. The hosts thought of everything! I would definitely recommend this property!!

You will love this home!

First and foremost I want to thank the owner, Sam! Sam had exceptional communication with me from the minute I booked his home. Communication was key because hurricane Milton was looming in our path! We were afraid that our stay would be cancelled and the wedding (my daughters and why we were visiting) would not happen. As luck would have it Sebastian was not hit hard and Sam was kind enough to let us stay in his beautiful and immaculate home. The home is in a great location a very nice highlands neighborhood. 7 minutes to Wabasso beach and 12 minutes to the Riverfront restaurant/bars. The home is exactly as described in the listing! I want to stress again how clean this home is this is of upmost importance to me and I was extremely pleased. The bedding is all comfortable and the sheets and blankets are amazing so much so I texted Sam and asked where I could purchase them for myself! The pool is a good size and beautiful to sit by for your morning coffee or tea. We had warm and dry weather not exactly hot but we still enjoyed the pool. All the extras that are in the home were also appreciated and honestly a little unexpected as some rentals do not include these items. The shampoo in the shower, the extra trash bags and the pool/beach items to name a few. We did not cook during our stay but did notice there is plenty of items to use if you desire. You'll love staying in this home, we did!!!

Fall break fun!

The house was beautiful! We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool was extremely clean and the kids swam pretty much the whole time even in the rain. Our trip was cut short because hurricane Milton but we hope to come back in the spring. We love the location and the cleanliness of the house. Thank you for letting us stay here.

Amazing rental!

We just returned from 2 weeks at this amazing property and could not be any happier. The property is exactly as advertised, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, well appointed with an amazing pool area. The property is centrally located to beaches, dining and all of the natural attractions in the area. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Worth the money- Relaxing clean stay

We stayed here for spring break as our son was playing baseball at the Jackie Robinson facility. The house was only 22 minutes from the fields and 25 from Vero Beach. There was a grocery store just 5 minutes from the home and a large fridge to hold everything we needed for the week to feed 17yr old boys. The pool was warm and clean allowing us to relax and enjoy the sunshine daily. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had which was much appreciated. They had some bathroom essentials in case you forgot anything which I thought was above and beyond expectations. You are in a neighborhood so if you are looking for a place with shops and stuff in walking distance or if you’re going to be disruptive to neighbors I wouldn’t recommend this for you, but for a family to enjoy vacation time together it was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the house was roomy not making us feel crowded on the few nights that there were 10 of us in the house. I have already added this Vrbo to my favorites to use if we play in Florida again next spring. Highly recommended!

Courtney and Sam are great host very accommodating. Whenever we had questions they were very quick to respond. The house is very clean. It was the first place we have rented that I haven’t had to clean after arriving.

Had a problem with tv system but it was solved rapidly

we enjoyed every phase of the home. we were too old for much of the bunkbeds but that was our problem and most others with children will love it. the owners were excellent and responded very rapidly for the one situation with the tv.

Relaxing / Convenient stay

Sam and Courtney were get host. Their property is fully equipped with everything you can possibly need. The pool gives you a relaxing oasis. My son played down at the Jackie Robinson Training Facility in Vero Beach while we stayed here. The property is in a great location to access the facility in about 20mins which was pretty much a straight shot to the facility. We would definitely stay again when we are back down for some baseball. Thank you again for the hospitality.

Amazing family weekend getaway

My brother from France and parents from South Africa loved the property, it is beautifully designed for a multi generational family. The interior is spacious and light, we enjoyed the pool and entertainment and family meals around the table. My brother remarked that by comparison, to similar properties in France, the owners had thought of every utensil you might need and he was especially impressed with the access to spices. My folks were equally impressed with the availability of toiletries. Would love to visit again. Thank you to our hosts.

Beautiful, quiet stay

House is very roomy and beautiful. The pool was heated and amazing! The hosts were so helpful and easy to work with. Great showers and water pressure! The beds are perfect. We hope we can stay again!!!
