Don’t miss out on this gorgeous new condo. This is a beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom + a den/office condominium, located in the Playa Royale community. It will provide everything needed for an unforgettable getaway for you and your friends and family to relax and have a blast.

The exquisite Playa Royale development is located on the stunning Banderas Bay on the longest stretch of the beach in Nuevo Vallarta. Not only will you get captivating views of the ocean, but you will also have access to 20 km of a spectacular beach on the Pacific Shoreline. The Playa Royale community includes a pool, hot tub, and a children's pool with slides.

Relax in the massive balcony with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and soak up the sun and indulge in the view gorgeous sunset. You can take a 5 minute shuttle ride to the PGA Rated Championship El Tigre Golf Course to enjoy 18 holes of golf or practice in the driving range.

The space features:

• Next to the balcony, is a Master suite with a king size bed and an attached full bathroom

• Second bedroom with two queen beds and an attached full bathroom.

• The den is quite versatile. It is equipped with a desk, closet space, and a sofa bed.

• We have a large well equipped kitchen with all basic large and small appliances. We have also basic cookware for you to prepare your meals.

• The dining space can seat 6 adults.

• We have a washer and a dryer.

• We provide free Wifi and also have 2 flat screens TVs for your entertainment needs.

There are many incredible small and luxury dining options available within a short walking distance.  

The condo is also within 5 minute walking distance to the Paradise Village Shopping Plaza. Nearby are also other conveniences and necessities such as a hospital, pharmacy and an ATM. Additionally, there is a small zoo featuring lions, monkeys, and birds. A shuttle bus runs every 30 min between the different properties in Paradise Village, the larger community, for your convenience and pleasure. You can also visit downtown Puerto Vallarta as it's just a 15-20 minute drive away with amazing nightlife, culture and dining.

Staying in this condo guarantees a spectacular visit with your friends and family. The choice of activities are endless like water taxis, scuba diving, hiking, swimming with dolphins etc.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was perfect for our needs, very clean and sizeable. It was great to have the den for our son to sleep in. The kiddie pool was fantastic, the perfect depth for a toddler.

This place is phenomenal! Check-in/Host- The process for check-in was so smooth and efficient. Carlo from the resort was so warm and friendly, and made the check-in process flawless. He carefully explained how to arrange transportation and various activities etc…The host response was always less than 24 hours, and they are wonderful to work with. They were so accommodating to my needs.Room- The room was SPOTLESS, the views are fantastic, and it’s so peaceful and relaxing. We were so grateful that water and ice were stocked in the unit. The unit has everything you need and then some. The beach towels are thick and beautiful.Beach View- The beach access and views were great, and the snack bar food and drinks were delicious. The swimming pool and hot tub was so nice and relaxing.I would highly recommend staying here, and look forward to booking next year!

Great Stay

We were looking for a week of rest and relaxation. Condo was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. Playa Royale was very relaxing, nice pool/spa. Food next door (though delivered to pool or beach) was quite good and staff very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Playa Royale Condo

We had a fabulous stay here. The condo was perfect for two couples and a baby. Extremely spacious and clean. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The Playa Royale facilities are clean and well maintained. We enjoyed using the BBQ areas for a few dinners. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Wonderful

Everything is as it was described. The overall grounds , unit, staff wonderful. The only thing I would like to suggest is a Property Stay guide for the guests left in the unit describing check in - check out process, tuning in ID bracelet return, what pools the guest can access. How to get a gym guest pass, shuttle services and how to reach a taxi. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Thank you very much.

Family getaway

We stayed here for 10 days with our three children. The condo is beautiful and spacious, it was clean we we arrived. Check-in was easy. The property and grounds are well taken care of. The location and beach were also wonderful. One thing that we found annoying was the amount of rules Playa Royale has, particularly for children playing in the pool, we felt we had to constantly remind our children to be quiet and basically not be kids. That being said, we did enjoy how peaceful it was there, but it is definitely suited more for older people.

Luxury in Nuevo Vallarta

This beachfront property makes for a very comfortable and convenient stay. The condominium is pleasant and comfortable. Palapas abound on the beach where there is meal and drink service. A grocery store is a very short walk. There is also a fine hospital across the street. The owner and property manager are excellent hosts.

Lovely condo on beautiful beach

Great location on a long stretch of beautiful beach. Good restaurants within short walking distance as well as shopping mall close by. Only 15-20 min from airport. Lovely modern condo that is well appointed.

Wonderful property!

This 3rd floor unit has a direct view over beautifully manicured grounds, the pools and onto the ocean. This was end of April and the pool was warm and comfortable to exercise in. Great terrace, where we spent each morning and evening reading and enjoying the birdsong. The property managers answered questions quickly prior to our arrival. The only negative feedback I have is that the dresser drawers in the primary bedroom smelled of mildew, so much so that we needed to store our clothing in another bedroom. I would look forward to attaining this condo again!

Terrific experience

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The property is located in a wonderful location that’s walkable to many amenities. We all loved the pool as well as the beach. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in PV or NV.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo is very nicely decorated! We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and the stunning sunsets. The only thing missing was an umbrella for the late afternoon sun.

Amazing condo with beautiful views and so clean!

We had an amazing time in Nuevo Vallarta. Playa Royale is a wonderful place. The complex is extremely beautiful, relaxing, inviting, and secure. Our condo had everything and more we could have asked for. Everything was super clean, fresh clean towels and sheets, and every amenity you need. There are many shops, restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The pools and beach are so well maintained and we enjoyed every day there in the sun. I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone and would come back over and over again!!

Spring Break 2024

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The condo had plenty of room for us with our 4 teenage kids. Both bedrooms had plenty of room & the 3rd bedroom with the foldout couch was very comfortable too. The condo was well stocked & the balcony was spacious with a very nice view. We bought the beach club membership & spent most days at that pool. It was definitely worth it. The check-in went smoothly & the communication with the property manager was excellent. They answered all of our questions immediately & were a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return next year! Paradise!!

Peaceful and relaxing stay at Playa Royale

The 3 bedroom condo was clean and spacious! The grounds of the property are gorgeous and safe. There are nice restaurants within an easy walk- even Starbucks for the die-hards.. The kitchen and washer/dryer were a big help. Next time, I would plan to shop and utilize the kitchen more. The basics are stocked- and all brand new. Some dishes still had stickers on them! The property manager was willing to go the extra mile whenever we had questions. There were a few miscommunications with the hotel regarding the use of the Beach Club- which is attached but driven by condo memberships. (My advice is to plan on not having access those amenities.) You will need to book palapas a day in advance, and the concierge can help with this. All the staff were friendly and kind. Just a small note, you get one set of towels for the week. So, plan on either paying $10 for a fresh set or washing your own. I also would love for them to provide sanitized water dispensers in the condo. It would be a huge help! We would return without question! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Quiet

We have made quite a few trips to the area and this time our main priority was quiet. That it was. There was even a holiday and we never heard a single firework, wild! That said you are on an island, it will take time to get to other areas or to find a dose of culture. During a time with traffic, which is most times… it took 45 minutes to get to Las Gloria’s (so longer to get to Old Town). We suggest visiting Bucerias which is colorful, with white sand, and 20 minutes or less away. While there are walkable things like a dining choice or two they are a bit ho hum and we highly suggest a visit to La Comer before coming on property as the develeopment’s market is all very overpriced American imports. The property (a planned community called Paradise Villiage) and the unit were in fantastic condition. We travelled with three children, who are quiet and behaved, but found that the space is family friendly and a good mix of retirees with some folks with children. There is an onsite bar/grill perfect for poolside/beachside lunch. Check in was a bit delayed—the front desk was not aware of our impending arrival. If this happens to you they are likely looking for a handwritten reservation form, not your VRBO confirmation, and text to the property manager got that sent over and resolved but it took a bit to get to that solution. We found the front desk people to be very helpful, and will easily secure you a taxi nearly immediately. Walk to the left on the beach and get a massage!
