Spoil yourself with a stay in this fantastic getaway sitting mere steps away from the chairlift in Arrowhead giving you access to Beaver Creek Mountain! Perfect for the whole family, this home is split between two expansive floors with plenty of room for everyone to find their own peace and quiet. Those lucky enough to claim the main suite on the first floor will be spoiled by the jetted tub as well! Before heading out for a full day of skiing or hiking nearby, the gourmet kitchen will be just the place to start the morning on a tasty note, as the gas range and modern appliances are more than ready to assist in whipping up tasty meals. Plus, everyone can converse at the breakfast bar and fuel up quickly. When everyone returns to home base each evening, the shaded patio can be a great place to sip a favorite drink come summer, and the living area will be ideal for cozying up come winter in front of the fireplace. Plus, the kiddos will love the lofted bunk area when it is time to settle down.

Property was okay, but two problems

I strongly suggest that you do not stay here if you enjoy reading. The lighting is terrible. There are a few tiny, doll-house table lamps with dim 40 W bulbs, but no good reading lights- even at bedside. An important consideration is that if you are elderly or frail this is not a good place to stay. First, are three stair ways to negotiate, including one at the entrance of the master bedroom. Second, there are quite a few small, loose, throw rugs which are excellent trip hazards.

"Elegance" Might be an Overstatement

Location was great. Very convenient to the Arrowhead lift and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The garage was convenient. Cleanliness was sub par. There was hair on the floor in two of the bathrooms. I stepped on fingernail clippings in the bathroom the first time I was in there barefoot. The house had multiple tissue box holders throughout, however they were all empty and there wasn't a resupply closet in the house for us to take care of it ourselves. We purchased Kleenex ourselves. The water tank for the toilet in the upstairs master was so loose that it was leaking water when we arrived. We attempted to fix it ourselves, but the bolts on the tank were so corroded, there was nothing we could do for a permanent fix. The microwave in the "gourmet" kitchen was ready to fall off of the cabinets which were supposed to be supporting it. We needed to brace the microwave before opening it to prevent it from swaying back and forth. The fan and light remote for the downstairs master was missing as well as the control knob for the heater in that master bath. It made it difficult to regulate temperature in the lower master suite as it ran cooler in there than the rest of the house. We arrived after midnight on Sunday for our Saturday check in due to travel delays. I reported the above issues to Vacasa on Sunday night. I received a call from Vacasa on Wednesday telling us maintenance would be out that day to address some of our issues. They never showed.

high end property

We loved the condo. Everything was better quality than we expected. Our only complaint was the door from the garage into the condo could not be opened from the garage. After skiing, we did not want to enter by the front door, because the ski boot removal area was downstairs by the garage. One of us had to carefully walk down stairs in ski boots on the beautiful wood floor and steps.

The first thing the owners need to do is change property managers...

Let me start out by saying that we rent places in the mountains nearly every weekend and I have never submitted a negative review. This place has a great layout and tons of potential, but the lack of responsiveness from the property managers and the significant errors made by the property managers made it hard for me to even give this home 2 stars (the property management deserved 1 star). To begin with, we were given the wrong code to get into the garage. While often that might not be a big deal, there is NOWHERE else to park. We also had two cars and were never told where we could park the second one. We had our car sitting in front of the place for two hours and the only way we got in was another owner finally gave us the code. The garage is small and if someone had not been coming in, we would not have gotten the car in. We called Vacasa right away and while the woman was nice she did not have any of the correct codes either. It was nearly impossible to get through to them and then she told me I would hear back from someone local within 15 minutes. I never did. In addition to the garage, the heat had apparently been turned completely off. It was a cold night and all 8 of us wore parkas for the night. The heat is radiant so it took about 36 hours to heat the place up and we were there for less than 48 hours. Again, no assistance or answer from Vacasa when we asked for help. In addition to calling, I texted and emailed Vacasa and never got a response. Finally, when Vacasa asked me to review, I initially submitted a private review to them, hoping they would contact me to explain or at least apologize. Not a word!! I am hopeful the owner will see this review and address it directly. We would love to rent the place again, but would think twice if the management does not change.

Ideal ski condo

Loved the location in Arrowhead. Easy access to Beaver Creek. Kitchen was incredibly well equipped. Beds were clean and super comfortable. We loved it.

Amazing Beaver Creek Experience

This Arrowhead Village condo was just perfect for our family vacation. Absolutely perfect location - easy, quick walk to the lift and it made for a super convenient stay. The condo was beautiful and we are hoping we can be lucky enough to stay there again.

Lovely home

Perfect ski-in/-out home very close to the Arrowhead lift at the Beaver Creek ski resort. The home is very well furnished in every way. Our group of six had plenty of room and easily cooked most meals in the well appointed kitchen. One important caveat is that the listing indicated six beds. There are five beds and a comfortable sofa that is not a sofa bed. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat, but not for six men. It would be perfect for two families of four.

We loved our stay! The only negative was overflow parking… not the best situation if you have more than one car & the rental company wasn’t able to provide any suggestions.

Nice house for ski vacation

We were there to ski. The house is spacious for our party of 11. Due to lack of snow the arrowhead lift was not open during our stay. We were able to ride village shuttle to get to the slope. The property management team was very professional and responsive. They fixed the small issues we had within couple of hours. We didn’t use the fireplace but the washer and dryer works well to dry out the gear after a day of ski on the mountain.

Great place, great location. The accommodations were excellent with more than enough room for a family of five to spread out. Less than a 5-minute walk to the ski lift! Covered parking spot directly below your unit and made it easy to bring luggage and groceries up to your unit.
