In the heart of a private, secure, peaceful and very green estate, come and spend a wonderful holiday in this family home which can accommodate up to 10 people.
The house is divided into two individual flats, with the lower level comprising a small fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with sofa and TV area, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), and a shower room with WC. A pretty terrace in front of the flat allows you to enjoy the garden.

The upper part of the house comprises an entrance hall with laundry area, a fitted kitchen, a large living room, a veranda with dining area and a lovely view over the bay of Agay. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. The house is air-conditioned for added comfort, and in front of the living room you will enjoy a very large sunny terrace, equipped with garden furniture, table and chairs for outdoor meals, barbecue, parasol and sunshade. The garden is fully enclosed, and a lovely swimming pool awaits you on the upper level with a superb view over the bay.

La Baumette beach and the small shopping centre are a 10-minute walk away. The house is located in a quiet, residential estate with plenty of trees, providing a relaxing setting.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).
