Cycle paths are just 200 m away, allowing you to discover the island of Oléron in complete tranquillity. Dolus-d'Oléron is a dynamic commune that combines tradition and modernity. Here, you'll find the 12th-century church of Saint-André and the colorful oyster huts that symbolize the region's oyster industry. Nature is omnipresent, with magnificent sandy beaches, dunes and pine forests offering breathtaking scenery. For hiking enthusiasts, the Marais des Bris and the Saint-Trojan state forest are a must for discovering the local flora and fauna.
