Detached studio - 10 minute walk to Kendalls Beach

Comfortable detached studio. Clean, modern and light. Air con, ceiling fan and plunge pool make this a beautiful summer getaway not to mention an easy 10 minute walk through the shady Bonaira Gardens to Kendall’s Beach.

The studio is adjacent to our family home. With this in mind your comfort and privacy is our priority. You’ll have basic catering options in your space including tea and coffee making, microwave, toaster and bar fridge, however our barbecue and al fresco dining area can be made available by arrangement. Mind you, Kiama has no shortage of cafes with our nearest just a 5 minute flat walk from home.

Kiama has been home to us for decades - many of them!! So we’ll be delighted to share local knowledge and offer recommendations should require them.

Very hospitable and friendly hosts! Was delighted to find homemade banana bread on arrival which was absolutely delicious! The room was very clean and colourful. We loved our stay and were so close to the beach, the coastal Kiama walk and cafes and restaurants!

The property is very much as described and pictured. Clean, comfy and cozy! Even during a big rainstorm, it was so nice to curl up inside and read. Ingrid and Wayne were so nice to chat with and so willing to help make my visit in Kiama go well. I got lots of local recommendations which were spot on! Definitely has renewed my faith in these private owner short term rental platforms. Can't recommend it enough!

A beautiful place to stay.

The property and amenities were great and made for a wonderful stay. Wayne and Ingrid were amazing hosts and we wish we had the opportunity to stay longer.

Beautiful experience, beautiful hosts

From the moment we pulled up in the driveway to the moment we left, the hosts we more than accommodating, assisting us with our bags, showing us the property, the extra inclusions such as biscuits, fruit, milk, ground coffee to name a few were such a lovely surprise. The studio was immaculately presented and so very comfortable. We will definitely come back. Thank you Ingrid and Wayne

Awesome stay!

This place really was a gem of a find! We had such a lovely weekend stay (even though it rained for most of the time). Our hosts were lovely, very welcoming and were very attentive to making our stay a wonderful experience. The studio was very clean and comfortable with so many touches to pamper us! Ingrid and Wayne really thought about everything - from the lovely treats and snacks (with home baked muffins!) to linen pillow cases, umbrellas, tea and coffee making facilities and fresh juice, milk and water in the mini fridge (to name a few). The location is very central and even though the weather was too wet to make it to the beach, there was plenty to see and experience in town. Highly recommended.

Very nice granny flat

Overall, very good rating due to cleanliness of the property and simplicity of the check-in/check-out process. The owners were very accommodating and offered some flexibility with check-out timings.

Most enjoyable stay

Ingrid and Wayne were excellent hosts. The studio was very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Home-made cakes, a cheese plate, fresh milk, juice, fruit and treats were unexpected extras.

Lovely Cosy quiet location

Lovy stay and very welcoming couple as hosts. Very Cody, comfortable bed and place, little attentions like a cheese board. A lovely pool ( we didn't use) but looked great. A little outdoor are surrounded by lovely gardens.Walking distance from shops and restaurants but tucked away in a quiet street. Strongly recommend. We had a lovely getaway, thank you!!

Relaxing Getaway

Ingrid & Wayne were very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment was very clean, modern and private. There was an abundance of snacks and a variety of drinks. It was great to have the pool just outside the door. The pool was surrounded by beautifully kept gardens and felt like you were at a resort. The walk to the beach through the Boneira Native Gardens was lovely and relaxing. A short drive into town where there are plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Modern Beach Studio

Was the perfect place to escape to. Our hosts Ingrid and Wayne’s hospitality was second to none, it felt like how family would welcome you home. We highly recommend this gorgeous location, the gardens are so beautiful and the accommodation is meticulously designed and decorated giving an instant feeling of calm and relaxation. We highly recommend a staycation here.
