Spread out over a single level and accessible to guests with limited mobility, you’ll enjoy a spacious living area that opens onto the pool for refreshing moments surrounded by nature, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate restroom, and three bedrooms with private bathrooms, a teleworking area, a television, and offering breathtaking views. The beds can be separated to provide separate sleeping arrangements. Outside (landscaping in progress): parking, carport, bike storage, terraces, garden, barbecue, lounge chairs, relaxation area, and a private pool accessible from May through September (weather permitting), heated to 26 degrees with a safety cover. Wellness area featuring a spa, sauna, and herbal tea corner (€38/hour/2 people). For your comfort, everything is included: made-up beds, bath and pool towels, bathrobes, heating, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning, and toiletries. Thanks to its cooling floor system, the house maintains a pleasant coolness that is distributed gently, quietly, and evenly—more comfortable than traditional air conditioning, as it avoids drafts and temperature fluctuations. To complement this system, the large picture windows are protected by sunshades and shade sails that effectively limit the sun’s heat.
