The house is located in the immediate vicinity of shops and the market (200 metres away) and close to the beach (900 metres away).
In this small co-ownership, it is possible to easily park bicycles as well as a car via a private access.
This lovely single-storey house has been completely renovated, functional and comfortable.

The house has a covered terrace, a real asset in case of rain.
Tree-lined garden of approximately 120m2 with terrace.

A living room / dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen and back kitchen.
Bedroom 1 consisting of 1 double bed 140*200cm.
Bedroom 2 consisting of 2 nested single beds 80*200cm.
A bathroom with shower and washbasin.
A separate toilet.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The end-of-stay interview is included.
The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
