The space
Custom build furniture, private back yard easy self check-in and yes you don't share this house with anyone else!
- 70" Smart TV in Living room for everyone to enjoy, and smart TV in Master Bed, both Ready for Netflix, Hulu, HBO, bring your account and connect any time.
- 1 king bed in the master room upstair, 2 other Queen beds in each room upstair, 1 king bed in the basement room, 1 queen beds in the other basement room.
- 2 Sofa Sleepers in living room, with firm feeling, this is great for people with back pain.
to turn it to a bed simply push forward to the back rest it will unlatch and go down, to put it back to the Couch style bring the back rest up until it latch.
Guest access
Garage is small, only use for compact cars. There are plenty of parking in the drive way, Front and side
- Teleworking or working away from home? we have a table down the basement, with comfy chair, light, Keyboard and Mouse.

House rule: Please make sure you ok with all these rule before booking if anything violate we can use the deposit to cover the cost.

• Please make sure to declare the correct number of guests, we will charge a $50 each unregistered guests per night if you break the rule. Quiet time 10pm - 8am, any guest more than the reservation stay after 10 PM would be consider extra guest.

• NO PETS ALLOW - Due to some guests have severe allergy with animal hair.if we determine that pet in the house there will be carpet cleaning fee, house deep clean fee and other repair fee if damage. we committed to keep our house pet free for all guest to enjoy. (Note: i'm also highly allergic to Dog's hair and Cat's hair. so please be considerate)

• NO SMOKING or ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOW inside the house or garage - there is a $300 fine if we determine guest smoke or using illegal Substances inside the home or garage. we committed to keep our house smoke free for all guest to enjoy. Removing or tampered with Smoke detector without reasoning will be a sign of smoke and we will charge a $50 replacement fee for replace each of the smoke alarm if you damage it.

• NO PARTY ALLOW - Small gathering is ok but if you bring a larger than the allow people for this home that would be consider as party, the fine will be $1000

• Garage door need to be closed when not in use to prevent thieves and animal from going inside. Guest might be ask to pay for any damage or lost items if left it open when not there.

• Front door camera and garage's security camera for guest protection, please do not disable the camera, we will have to ask you to leave the home for violating the house rule.

• Please don’t bring any Blankets, Pillows and Blanket to backyard!!! Blankets & Pillows are meant to use inside the bedrooms.
Breaking the rule might cost you for replacement of the damage item.

**For those who stay on Sunday night, Please bring the trash containers to the curb so it can be taken away Monday Morning

** A Big BLUE trash container is for RECYCLE trash ONLY - Please don’t throw any food trash, plastic and bottle in there.

• During Winter (snowing) time, we’re asking you put the your wet shoes on tile floor (right next to the front door) for you can easy clean up after or inside the garage with your ski/ snowboard gears instead bringing it inside the house or on the carpet floor.

Note: we require a $1000 deposit for every stay, Failure to comply to any of these will result in extra fees or have your reservation canceled without a refund.
