Spacious beautiful 4 bedroom home on .5 acres only 35 minutes from downtown Nashville. This home is in a quiet but friendly neighborhood 6 minutes from I-24.Home features private master suite with large garden tub, stand up shower & huge walk in closet. Backyard features a large above ground pool, brand new hot tub, grill & a large fire pit area. Upstairs is a large bonus bedroom featuring a queen bedroom set, living room & a office space. Come enjoy with the whole family or friend group. Tons of activities near by.Property has a ring doorbell camera on the front door for security purposes only. This video feed is NOT monitored durning guest stays.

The host (Christian) was very fast with responses to all my questions and very pleasant to interact with! The house is very nice, has everything you need and the beds were all very comfortable! The pool, hot tub, fire pit and grill were great amenities in addition to the spacious house. This rental is also in a very nice neighborhood. I will gladly book another stay in the future!

Amazing Place

The house has everything you need to feel comfortable! The house was spacious. We loved the pool, hot tub, and fire pit! The host was great answering any questions we had and was extremely friendly! We definitely recommend this house and will be back!

Great quiet neighborhood!

We enjoyed some family time here for a week and loved the neighborhood. The hot tub, big backyard, and pool are a plus and we enjoyed many evenings sitting on the back patio!

Excellent vacation home

We had a wonderful vacation week at this property. The pool was such a nice bonus and helped with the Tennessee heat. The property was exactly as described. We would stay here again.

Great yard for outdoor play

The property was very adequate for the needs of our large family. Check in was smooth, house was clean, and the large, fenced-in back yard was great for playing Spikeball, tag, and just running around. The “twin bed room” in the description threw us a bit, because we were expecting two bunk beds , but we managed fine.

Communication with owner was outstanding. House was clean and very functional. Had all things available to make our stay easy and fun. Beds were very comfortable but just a tad high for a senior lady. Highly recommend for family get togethers.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation
