It has a lovely 1,080 sq ft living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 16,400 sq ft. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
In the basement:
- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2), a second bunk bed (sleeps 3), and a single bed

On the ground floor:
- A private heated indoor swimming pool, 10m x 4.5m, open from April to October
- A 100 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood provided at an extra charge), sofas
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- A separate toilet
- A veranda with a dining area

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 5 vehicles).

- Nearest train station: Lamballe, about 25 minutes away

- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to weather conditions.
