Esta cómoda unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el segundo piso frente al mar está ubicada en la tranquila y familiar sección Windy Hill de North Myrtle Beach, está directamente en la hermosa playa de esta ciudad turística durante todo el año, a solo unos pasos del océano. Hay mucho para disfrutar en todas las estaciones.

En el invierno de 2008, el edificio estaba revestido con nuevos revestimientos de vinilo, persianas y nuevas rejas en los balcones. También se instalaron todas las ventanas nuevas. Estamos en el segundo piso y este edificio no tiene ascensor. Este complejo no es un hotel y todas las unidades son de propiedad privada de propietarios individuales.

En abril de 2014, instalamos nuevos tocadores en ambos baños. El calentador de agua caliente y la unidad central de aire acondicionado / calefacción fueron reemplazados.

Este hogar lejos del hogar, bellamente amueblado y bien mantenido, tiene pisos cerámicos en la cocina, sala de estar y baños. Hay alfombras en los dos dormitorios y el pasillo.

Nuestro lugar ofrece una cocina de tamaño completo totalmente equipada con comedor y una nueva gama de hornos en septiembre de 2018. La sala de estar tiene puertas corredizas de vidrio que conducen al balcón donde puede disfrutar de los sonidos y la vista del océano. Hay un nuevo sofá cama Queen (septiembre de 2015) para espacio adicional para dormir y para su entretenimiento visual hay un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de 43 pulgadas y cable (febrero de 2019). El acceso a internet Wifi también está disponible en este complejo.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, baño privado y un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "con cable. También tiene una vista directa del océano desde esta habitación. El segundo dormitorio tiene un tamaño queen y TV de pantalla plana de 32 "con cable que también es ideal para jugar videojuegos. Cada habitación tiene suficiente espacio en el armario para satisfacer sus necesidades. Además, hay una sala de lavandería en el condominio con lavadora y secadora de alta eficiencia, estacionamiento en el lugar para dos vehículos y una piscina frente al mar. Se requieren etiquetas de estacionamiento que proporcionaremos.

Las sábanas y toallas de baño están incluidas en todos los alquileres semanales. El servicio de limpieza proporciona una bolsa de basura en cada lata, un rollo de papel higiénico en cada baño y un rollo de toallas de papel para comenzar. Debe traer cualquier extra, así como jabón para lavar platos, detergente para platos, suministros de lavandería, secador de pelo, jabón de baño, etc.

Estamos cerca de Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row y a poca distancia en automóvil de Broadway at the Beach y otras maravillosas atracciones de Myrtle Beach. Estamos a unos 30 minutos del aeropuerto de North Myrtle Beach. Hay muchas actividades divertidas para disfrutar para todas las edades.

I had a wonderful long-term stay. The condo was stocked with everything you could need, and the location is great with a view of the ocean and nearby dozens of restaurants.

Great place

The property does need some upgrading but that didn't really bother me or my family. It was very clean and very comfortable and the view is to die for. Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. We would definitely stay again.

Thank you for your feedback. Glad you enjoyed your stay. The condo was updated in 2022 with all new flooring and painting. We have more work planned for the hall bath and laundry room area this off season. The washer and dryer are also new as of last fall (2024). Thank you for considering our condo.

Perfect location!!! The balcony and view were excellent. Everything worked in the condo. No complaints… very very hot water so be aware. (We loved it though). The only drawback is there is no elevator which is not the owner’s fault. So if you “overpack” like I do, be prepared. Some noise from above but it was small children and they were at the beach. We expect it. Thanks for a great getaway!

Beautiful Location

The location of this property was excellent. Beach front property where you could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the ocean. The property had everything needed to make our stay comfortable! The pool at the complex was small but really nice. I would recommend this place for a relaxing vacation

Great family location

Loved the location and the smaller property. We have stayed at the Wyndham in the past. Condo was nice size, well equipped. It could use some updates, but it worked for us. Property Owners were great to work with.

Thank you for your feedback. Since your visit in June a new sliding glass door is being installed in September 2019 and we have new wood trim around the interior windows. We have also hang some new wall decor in the living room and second bedroom. We are continually working to keep the condo updated and in good working order.

Had an absolutely wonderful time on our long awaited vacation. Ocean view was marvelous - just steps away from the beach! Enjoyed walking the beach everyday - especially in the early mornings. A nice little home away from home gem. Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful View!

Windy Hill condo was very comfortable for our 3 day weekend getaway. It's an older building but overall it provided us with what we needed and the view was wonderful. It's very close to the beach and sitting on the deck it almost feels like you can touch the sand. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us :)

Absolutely loved the condo. It was very clean. Easy access to the beach. Manager very nice, answered any and all questions. Probably thought I was dumb. This was my first time using something like this to book a vacation.

Monthly retreat

Overall this was an excellent condo. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make this our home away from home for the month of November. The hosts were always quick to respond and helpful. We cannot comment about the pool since we stayed in November so it was closed. Would recommend for up to 4 people to have a very comfortable stay. We would stay here again. Thanks Michele and Dennis.

Perfect Get-Away Spot

Due to family issues, my daughter and I were the only ones who were able to enjoy this wonderful condo. We loved every minute of it! From the location on the map to the location at the beach, it was perfect! The condo was well equipped in the kitchen with every conceivable thing you would need. The living room was comfortable. The bedrooms were relaxing and clean. I slept like a baby the whole week. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning. During the day we made use of the beach chairs in the closet with the washer and dryer. we will definitely come back!

More than enough

My sister & I rented this place for 1 week, from July 26-Aug 2. Communication with the owners was easy & clear via email. Front door sticks as if floor is raised. Rooms were clean & furniture comfortable. There was some cheese sauce stuck to a kitchen chair. Kitchen had more supplies than you could need, including coffee makers, crockpot, pots and pans, blender, utensils. Full size fridge. Already ice made in trays for us on arrival. Both beds were comfortable, with queen being softer than king. Floor mat in shared, main bathroom was soaking wet upon arrival as if taken out of the washer & not dried. Found some personal shampoo items still in that shower from previous renter. This bathroom could use TLC. Peeling wallpaper & paint. No problems with the master bath. Each room had a tv that worked just fine, with local & streaming channels. Kitchen cabinets & closet doors could use a coat of paint. The balcony was great! Being an end unit, the front & side were open to the breeze. Washer & dryer worked well. 2 beach chairs & 2 boogie boards were stored there for use, too. Also a bag of beach toys. Pool wasn't huge, but good enough for us. Parking was easy with a pass. Some pets were in the building, but were never a problem. Private beach was great & not crowded, yet busy. We were able to rent an umbrella for the week, which was put up & taken down at 5 PM for us every day. Easy access to restaurants & Barefoot Landing. All in all, a really nice place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you encountered some housekeeping issues. I will discuss this with our cleaning service. We have several remolding projects scheduled for this fall which includes stripping and painting the main ball as described. We will also be doing some painting in other areas. When the floor was tiled by the front door it raised the floor height and cut down on the bottom clearance space under the door. We need to get it sanded down to give it more space. The washer and dryer are new as of Fall 2024. Owners are allowed to have pets so they may be there occasionally.

Loved the rental. The view was amazing , could sit on the deck and watch the waves.

Condo was perfect. Furniture was pretty new and comfortable. Perfect space for a week at the beach. Steps away from the beach. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. Pool was nice . Loved that there were beach chairs and beach toys already there. Will rent again !!! Thank you

Uncomfortable

The location was great but was not aware the property did not have an elevator. Definitely not for handicap individuals. My parents stayed with us and were confined to the room most of the stay as it hurt them too much to climb the stairs repeatedly. All the furniture was uncomfortable. Nobody got a good nights sleep the entire stay as the beds were too hard. Sitting on the couch and chairs in the living room was uncomfortable as well. The couch seats lean to one side and the chair was super hard. My parents left 3 days early because they could not get comfortable and were in too much pain and sleep deprived.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were unhappy with furniture. The sofa is only a few years old and the armchair is brand new. You were the first to be using it actually. We do state in the second paragraph of the description here on the website that this unit is on the second floor and that there is no elevator as we are aware that this may be an issue for some people.

Great Location

This was our first time renting ocean front and loved the location and affordability of this condo. The reason for the 3 star cleanliness: the kitchen cabinets were older and a little musty, and the bedroom carpets could use cleaning. Overall, we were very comfortable and the owners were very responsive to our questions. Thank you Dennis and Michelle for a peaceful vacation.

Thank you for the feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. The cabinets and rugs were cleaned at the beginning of the summer as part of a deep clean that is done every year and the condo is cleaned after each rental. The carpets are cleaned three times a year and will be getting cleaned again at the end of the summer. We will also have the cabinets cleaned again. Wonderful Trip

This condo is well maintained and has a wonderful location in the North Myrtle Beach Area. The beach is only steps away and we had no issue finding adequate space each day we spent there. Owners are very responsive and helpful whenever needed. Would definitely stay there again!
