Awesome Ski In Ski out from The Lodge

This is truly a luxury Ski in Ski out condo at the base of Park City Mountain. Fantastic, large 2 bed condo, sleeps 9. Just steps from all the activities: ski school, tickets, shops, skating, restaurants & bars...
The amazing 1300 sq. ft. condo has been completely refurbished for 2023 and is situated on the second floor of the sought after 'Lodge at Mountain Village', with elevators to the covered private parking (no oversize vehicles) , the plaza and the skiing / summer activities. Inside, there are 2 private bedrooms with a king bed and ensuite bathroom in the large master and a custom built queen with twin XL bunk in the second bedroom. The living area has a 2 twin XL murphy beds and a great quality queen sofa bed with a new mattress. In total there are beds for 9 people.
The brand new kitchens offers space to cater in, or fix lunch when you pop in from the slopes, while the large living room has a cozy sofa to gather around the fire as well as a beautiful dining table. Finally, the two dedicated work spaces allow for 'working from home' any time of the year! With all new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, beds, modern lighting etc etc (complete re-model) in a mountain modern style as well as high quality, tasteful linens, this condo is a priceless opportunity for your visit to Park City. In addition, it literally has the best mountain access to PC lifts!

Steps to skiing, ice skating, restaurants & shops.

Check in and out is super easy and independent and I will be as flexible as I can be depending on other bookings. I live in Park City and am always around to answer questions, but I won't bother you if you don't need me!

The Resort Center is the hub of Park City Mountain. The Lodge offers premium access to everything available. Steps from the shops, ticket office, ski school, lift and more. Bus Transit hub is right there, providing easy access to everything Park City has to offer.

Park City's bus transit hub is steps away, providing easy access to everything Park City has to offer. The bus service is free and regular. If you choose to bring a car, there is heated underground parking (max height 6'8") with elevator access to the condo, shopping, and ski lifts.

Perfect home at Park City!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our small family! We loved the furnishings & the beds were comfortable! It was spotless upon our arrival. The best part about this place is the location, it’s right above the Jackson ski rental so it’s SUPER convenient to get to everything you need. We loved being able to easily walk to get breakfast/lunch/dinner/coffee. This place is a 10 out of 10!

A fantastic vacation! Despite limited snow, we had a wonderful time and Susie was excellent. She was communicative, attentive, super friendly, and always available. The unit was clean and organized, and has everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfy, and my kids loved the Murphy bunk bed. It’s a short walk to ski school and the bus stop to Main St is right outside. I highly recommend the unit and Susie for your Park City stay! Thank you, Susie!

Unbeatable location for skiing. Walk down one flight of stairs or ride the elevator, and you're at the ski rental shop (Jackson's Base Camp), which will valet the equipment for you at no extra charge. Grab the gear in the morning and you're within a stone's throw of the lifts. The ice rink in the courtyard was closed because it was too warm, but that would have been great as well. A number of decent restaurants within a short walk, though the hours were a bit spotty. Main street is less than a mile away. Though location was the primary selling point, the condo is cozy and extremely well-stocked. The host has the rental process down to a science and offered extremely helpful tips on how to get around and where to go. This was our first ski trip where we didn't rent a car; one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend!

Amazing time

We had an amazing time. This is a very roomy spot and has great views of the mountains as well as very close to the slopes for just a few steps away from getting in the snow I would highly recommend for families as we really enjoyed ourselves here

Spacious with great access to everything

One of the best places we have stayed in Park City. Very spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. The Murphy beds worked well and still left plenty of room when folded down. The location is perfect, only steps away from the lifts and shops, and minutes away from town. We also enjoyed access to the pool and gym. They even provided pool towels. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun family ski trip

Beautiful location and cozy condo! Everything you need is just steps away. Amazing restaurants only 4-5min drive to downtown. The owner gave lots of tips about ski rentals and nearby attractions, restaurants, etc. Loved all the spaces to sleep. Even the pullout sofa in front of fireplace was comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Park City Stay

This property exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 (2 adults, 5 kids) to sleep comfortably and enjoy downtime after full days of skiing. There was plenty of storage to stay organized in the space. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the entire Lodge worked perfectly for our family. We stay in a lot of Vrbo and other booking service properties, and this is one of the best. The location and convenience for skiing is ideal. We would stay again for sure!

Beautiful Condo

It’s a beautiful condo and the kitchen was terrific. The dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils were top quality. We were there for 6 weeks so it was great having a wonderful kitchen. The bathrooms were really nice and having 2 sinks in the master bedroom was great. It was really nice having a large washer and dryer in the condo. Be aware that the second bedroom is very small. Susie was great! We had 2 small problems which she took care of immediately.

Great Location, beautiful condo!

We rented a condo for 5 days in Park City, UT, managed by Susie Townshend of Mountainside Treasures Property Management, and had an excellent experience. The condo was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions. Perfect PC location and so clean!

We could not have been more pleased with this property - and Susie! The condo was spotless, very well equipped, and so convenient to the slopes (truly ski in/ski out). The parking garage made things very easy for us, as we were lucky enough to get fresh snow nearly every day during our stay. The ski locker was a very nice bonus as well. Susie is the most organized and helpful owner that I have ever rented from. She has every detail taken care of and was very kind in answering questions I had before and during our stay. If you are a beginner on the slopes, this is the perfect location. Do not hesitate to book this condo!

Incredible Property and Manager

This was by far the best vacation rental we’ve stayed in. The view of the mountain from the condo was breathtaking. It’s newly remodeled with top of the line appliances. It was so spacious. We had more than enough room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We cooked everyday. The location can’t be beat. It’s at the center of everything and just minutes from Main Street. It was so convenient to have shops, ski rentals, skating rink, lifts, restaurants and underground parking all within steps of the condo. Suzie was such a great host. She was so sweet and very responsive. I highly recommend staying at this property or any of her other properties.

Perfect Accommodations

Spacious 2 bedroom unit with pull down twin Murphy Bed fit our family of 6 perfectly. Beds were comfortable; kitchen well-equipped; accommodations tastefully decorated. Washer and Dryer a huge bonus for cleaning sweaty ski gear nightly. Great location off of the ice rink courtyard and easy walk to the slopes. We rented equipment from Aloha up the steps and then went straight to the mountain (Jackson rental right at entry to building would work nicely too); Shuttle Bus (which is like a city bus) to Park City or Uber if you are impatient. In hindsight, we should have used the grocery delivery service ahead of time as we arrived during a storm and heading out after the treacherous 2 hour trip from the airport was not an option.

Condo at The Lodge

We have stayed in many condos at The Lodge over the last 20 years and this one was the nicest, most updated and well appointed condo we have used. Susie was very responsive and gave clear and thorough instructions as well as pointers for our stay in Park City. Plenty of seating for dinners in. Great storage for jackets/boots. Murphy bunk beds are really cool and quite comfortable. The second bedroom is small and far from the bathroom and you have to walk by the Murphy bunk beds to get there, so that's something to consider when deciding on sleep arrangements. The master bedroom/bathroom are SUPER nice and spacious. Full size washer/dryer. Nice desk space if you must work. Great living area. We loved this place!

Great Condo for Skiing!

This is our second time staying in this unit and love it! Great location with quick access to the slopes and ski rentals (shout out Jackson Rental Shop). Spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you need. Pool and hot tubs one floor down for easy access. Owner is responsive and helpful.

GREAT Stay & Location at Park City!

The condo could not have been any more convenient nor better located. We watched the lifts turn on each morning. The unit was reasonably updated, comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was extremely well appointed. WiFi was excellent. Bathrooms very nice. Master bedroom was huge. 3 awesome TVs. Condo was very well insulated and we never had heat on. I actually opened the window to cool it off a bit in the late afternoon. Second bedroom seemed to be a converted bonus room with two single beds which worked out well for my sons. We did not use the Murphy bed nor sleeper sofa. Noise in the building was normal, but definitely quiet from 10pm to 7am. Local, free bus was a few hundred feet from the building. All that was great, but Susie from Mountain Treasures really is a treasure! She emailed often ahead of our stay with really good info on everything from travel insurance to transportation to lessons to groceries. We used the Grocery Girls to pre-order and stock the unit with groceries. They were perfect! Thanks Susie!! The only issue during our stay was that the micro went out. Susie offered to drop off a portable one and send over the handyman. That's how responsive she was. I would rent this unit again and 100% rent from Susie again!

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

The Resort Center brings the best of convenience to everything in Park City as well as an affordable ski in ski out experience. Having 4 kids, I am a firm believer that being a short walk from all the amenities is the key to making sure a vacation is truly amazing as opposed to great!
