Βrand new apartment with great seaview, 15 minutes away from the city of Heraklion! Easy access to a great lawn and a beautiful garden! In only 5 minutes you can enjoy the great beaches of Kokkini Hani! The apartment consists from 2 cozy bedrooms and 1 comfortable kitchen - living room! It is in the ground floor and is one of the three apartments of the building that share the common areas (the swimming pool and garden are used by the residents of all three apartments). . The hosts (Dimitris and Eleni with their two children) live in the apartment directly above and are available to help you with anything you need at any time! It is possible that during your stay the hosts' apartment will be rented to other guests.
If you are looking for a nice, quiet, hospitable place for your vacations, this is for you the ideal choice!

Great stay

The property is lovely, well equipped and super clean and comfortable. The owners are on site and very hospitable and friendly. Elena made cake and pudding for us one day and “Love”, her mother in law made Greek coffee for us one morning. The view is stunning from the yard, and we enjoyed it every afternoon with our wine. Bella the dog kept us company. Would highly recommend the property.

Just great

I can't say anything more, than it was great. Dimitris and his family are the most heartwarmed and lovely people that you can imagine. The house is just perfect for traveling around the island and have a drink in the garden in the afternoon. It was just great and we can truly recommened it to everyone who wants to visit Crete. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything we needed was provided for us. The garden was stunning with beautiful views. It was well used. We all enjoyed the pool.. especially the children. They had so much fun. The host family were very welcoming and friendly . They offered us authentic Greek treats to make our stay extra special. Would definitely love to come back and stay longer this next time. The location was accessible to everything we needed. The beach, towns and restaurants. We had such a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful apartment in fabulous setting

This is by far the best in all the rentals I've booked over the years. The pictures do not reflect the reality. It's much better and surpassed our expectations. The owners are extremely nice and very keen to make your stay a memorable one. The two-bedroom apartment is tastefully decorated and very well equipped especially the kitchen with a dishwasher and a clothes washer. Coming out of the apartment, a fantastic terrace is at our disposal with chairs overlooking the sea. A spectacular view to say the least! A car is a must if you want to visit the surroundings and go to beaches. All in all, we had a great week in Crete and I highly recommend this rental.

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser schönen Gegend Kokkini Hani und dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Als wir ankamen, stand ein Willkommensgeschenk auf dem Tisch- ein leckerer Obstkorb, auch Getränke 🤗. Das war wirklich einmalig lieb. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Alles zusammen wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden diese schöne Zeit sehr in Erinnerung behalten. Danke für alles🤗

Gastfreundschaft und tolle Wohnung

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Dank der bereit gestellten Lebensmittel konnten wir noch nachts Spagetti pomodoro kochen und einen Obstsalat für das Frühstück vorbereiten. Sehr aufmerksam! Selbst gebackenes Brot, griechischer Kaffee und frisches Obst aus dem Garten begleiteten unseren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist super schön und eingerichtet, mit allem was man benötigt. Bei Fragen steht Dimitiris sofort bereit. Der Pool ist toll für eine Erfrischung. Die Liegestühle mit einer tollen Aussicht auf das Meer laden zum Entspannen ein. Dank Bella und Nachbarskatzenkind hatte unsere Tochter abwechslungsreiche Spielgefährten. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto schnell und gut zu erreichen. Sandstrand und klares Wasser machte das Baden zum Vergnügen. Der Waterpark um die Ecke brachte zusätzlich Abwechslung, ebenso das Aqarium in der Nähe. Mit Kinder kann viel unternommen werden. Insgesamt war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Wir wurden von Dimitris und seiner Mutter sehr verwöhnt. Wir freuen uns, wenn wir noch einmal nach Kreta kommen können. We are Dimitris and Eleni and we live in Kokkini Hani with our two kids! I am 51 years old, i have studied Chemical Engeeniring and i work as a teacher in a highschool! My wife Eleni is 42, she is Sociologist and she works at a school for kids with special needs!
We like to spend our free time with friends and we really enjoy to travel a lot!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The house is beneath the place we live and was built at the same time with it. It took the present form the summer of 2021 when we started to let it to our guests! We made everything in the house, bought the furniture, decorated it with our own aesthetic! Just like the house we would like to stay ourselves in our vacations!
Hosting is something new for us but the truth is that when some guests come and stay in the house we really feel that we have friends of ours with us and we take care of them as they are part of our family! We want our guests to be completely satisfied, to enjoy their stay and hopefully to select our place again for their vacations in the future!!

Great location, magnificent view to the sea, island of Dia, mountain etc, close to Heraklion, close to the port and the airport, watercity aqua park, aquarium, dinosauria in some minutes from the place, great beaches, archeological sites (Knossos, Festos, Gortyna etc), unique hospitality from us and my parents, vegetables and fruits from our orchard, privacy, easy parking, quiet relaxing environment, full of sun, trees, flowers, our lovely dog Bella...
