Two-bedroom condo in the heart of downtown Seattle. *99 Walk Score --near everything (walk to Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, local grocers, upscale restaurants and more). *100 Transit Score (10 min walk to the light rail that goes to and from the airport). *Free dedicated parking space behind the unit. *2 queens (1 in each bedroom) and a fold-out sofa. *Smart home enabled with Alexa, TV's with cable, and more. *Generous amounts of coffee provided. This charming downtown Seattle condo is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a dedicated parking spot. It is a smart home enabled with fast Wi-Fi internet access. Guests will have full access to the condo (minus the supply closet). I will be available through messenger for any questions. Details and the appropriate door codes will be provided to you on the day of your arrival. For early check-in or check-out, advanced approval is required. This condo is nestled in the downtown Seattle neighborhood of Belltown. It is a prime location with easy access to transportation anywhere in the city and/or Seattle hot spots like Pike Place Market or the Space Needle. Check out the Visit Seattle Belltown guide: https://visitseattle.org/neighborhoods/belltown/ This condo is located very close to any public transportation you could ask for. It is a 10-min. walk from the light rail which goes directly to the Seatac International Airport, buses, etc. Outside of public transit the condo is a block away from several Zipcar locations and of course you can also take Uber, Lyft, or a Taxi cab. Come and go as you please, just please take good care of the space!

It was close to walking to many places and it had transportation options. Monorail especially to get to the Climate Pledge arena. Only recommendation is to bring ear plugs as the monorail is above the property and the windows are single pane which makes it easy to hear the noises of the surrounding area, like traffic and people walking and talking nearby. Otherwise very clean.

Quaint Apartment in Bell Town

My mom and I enjoyed staying in close walking distance to everything which was very beneficial! The apartment was very cute with a ton of charm. Very clean and easy to communicate with the host. I would definitely recommend this to other people!

what we liked -we felt that we belonged in the neighborhood because we felt like the apartment was more like home than a hotel room. What we didn't like it was pretty noisy but because we were so tired after a day of sightseeing... we were too exhausted to care!

Fun in Seattle

I have stayed at this location twice and have loved it both times. It's situated in a wonderful spot with easy access to many of the wonderful sites Seattle has to offer. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Also, Ashlie was prompt and helpful in her communications. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment.

Great property. Great location to walk and do just about everything. We went to Canada and it’s about a 15 min walk to the clipper. We ubered to the cruise terminal because we had luggage but still close. Tons of food and coffee shops close. Condo was comfortable and clean. Bedding and pillows were so soft and so comfortable. They had white noise machines and ear plugs if you are not used to city noises. Didn’t bother us because we are used to city noise. We felt safe, no issues with homeless or people in general. Would totally book again.

The apartment is really small for four people. Kitchen counter and stove are abnormally high. I could not cook or reach anything. Living room has no comfortable seating. House was very clean and location was great

Belltown Gem

My family of 5 (husband and 3 teenagers) absolutely loved this Belltown condo! The location was perfect, access was simple, and it had a parking spot, which made life infinitely easier. It was so cute, clean, and well stocked, and I would highly recommend it!

Clean, comfortable, great location

The title says it all. We slept four adults very comfortably in the unit. Everything we wanted to do and see was in easy walking distance. The place is impeccably clean and the furnishings and finishes are nice. There is a lot of noise from the street but there are ear plugs and white noise machines in the unit to help light sleepers.

Great location! Cute apartment! As expected it’s noisy.

Can’t say enough about Ashlie being accommodating and responsive to questions. She’s an excellent host. As expected and stated in the listing, it is noisy especially on a weekend night. However, the location to Pikes Market and the boardwalk area made it worth it!! We walked everywhere. The associated parking spot was also a bonus as we had a rental car and it’s nice not having to find a parking spot.

Great Seattle Location

This is a great location and great value. Host gets my highest compliments. I had one small glitch upon arrival and Ashlie (host) fixed with one phone call. As you are staying right in the heart of Seattle, a short walk to Pike Place Market, and the apartment is on the second level, you will hear common 'city' noises. Ashlie supplies good 'White Noise' machines which helps drown out the city noise. I highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect rental for small group! Great location!

We were in Seattle for the Mariners/Braves series and this rental condo was just as described. It was in a perfect location. The Westlake Mall and Pike Market were just blocks away. The ballpark was about 3 miles, a bit far to walk for us but there is a bus line nearby that takes you straight to the ballpark. The dedicated parking spot is also a plus!! And finally, our host, Ashlie was wonderful and very attentive during our entire stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great smaller 2 bedroom for my family to stay a few days before our cruise. Walked everywhere and the owner was very responsive to any questions and coordination of check in I had.

Perfect location with everything working walking distance

We LOVED this little place! Ashley literally provided everything for a perfect stay. We walked everywhere: space needle, pike’s market, pioneer square, and everywhere in between. There is some night time noise due to traffic but it was no big deal. Thank you so so much!

good central location

Good to get to Space Needle area, downtown, market and pioneer square. Downsides, first floor and so hear street noise. Monorail runs nearby. Way better than a hotel room, donuts and great coffee next door. Bring your vaccine care to Seattle or you might not get any food.
