House rules – Penalties for non-compliance

In order to guarantee comfort and cleanliness for all, a flat rate of €25 will be charged in the following cases:

> No smoking inside: any smell or trace of tobacco automatically leads to the application of the package.

> Barbecue not cleaned after use: please empty it and leave it clean for future travellers.

> Linen that is stained or rendered unusable (sheets, towels, cushion covers, etc.).

> Failure to comply with the departure instructions indicated in the welcome booklet:

- Dishes not done or left dirty,

- Unemptied garbage cans,

- Accommodation left in an abnormal state of disorder.

This fee is independent of any additional costs in the event of more serious damage requiring replacement or repair.
