Amazing view and location. Comfortable with lots of beds, pull out couches were both very comfortable. Love the spacious bathroom! Kitchen gives you what you need but we absolutely loved the wide variety of food options! Recommend: Bonfire and Seacrets nearbyParking super easy, great pool and hot tub. Library with pool table and fitness center were really nice. There is icemaker and water dispenser, no vending machine for snacks but 7-11 is a block away:)Communication with hosts was very responsive and we look forward to staying here again!

Fantastic! Had a great time! Our stay was great. Hosts were so friendly and responded very fast. I highly recommend staying here. The balcony has a great view of the sunset. Beach is just a walk across the street. We had a blast. Thank you!

Excellent location on the bay and very easy to get to the beach, tons of restaurants and shops to meet all your needs, rental was clean and had all the necessities needed for our trip.

Everything as advertised. The bathroom shower area needs upgraded. (Old cracked tiles and a bit of mildew around tub surround). But other than that it was great!

Perfect Location

Such a cozy stay! All amenities were in abundance, the vibes were so relaxing and chill, we were able to easily walk to dining, shops, activities and the beach. It was fun for all ages and the hosts were so quick to make all accommodations fantastic. Would 100% stay here again!

quick weekend away for an event

property is old and has not been updated for a long time, single bedroom condo. everything you need, but the bathroom needs some TLC. ants during the stay and we did not eat inside the unit… you do have to pay for parking which is not listed when you rent 15 a day, that was crazy. the unit was already mid range.

Great weekend stay

Beautiful view of the bay and very comfy accommodations. We loved that the unit is in a building with attendants to help with check in, so many great facilities like game room, pool table, and fitness room. It’s also a plus that linens and towels are included - I’ve noticed many units do not. Great location - minutes from nightlife at Fager’s island and the bad monkey.

My husband and I found the condo comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bed was comfortable. Regular cable would have been more convenient than Roku. Wifi was great. Attention was needed by owner or cleaners to the refrigerator which needed defrosting badly! Kitchen items that would have been useful: dish drain, large frypan, microwave cooking dishes, pot holders, blender, toaster oven( no way to bake). Kitchen table needs tightening up...was very wobbly.

misleading

shower had a lot of moldy grout, no washcloths, stained towels, non working tv in bedroom. We have been coming to ocean city for 15 years and never had a bad condo like this,

Perfect location

Location location location! This rental was in the perfect spot, we were in town for a wedding which was literally across the street. This place is surrounded by many great places to eat, and it’s very close to the beach. Very nice rental, clean and spacious enough for our family. Hosts were very responsive and great to work with.

Great place!

Had a very nice stay. The unit was perfect for a quick trip to Oc. The view was wonderful. Location is very convenient! The owners were super helpful and even paid to send belongings to us that we left behind!

Great weekend

The location was perfect. We loved all the little extras, like beach towels, cleaning supplies, and paper products. They had everything you need! Doug and Queenie were very easy to work with and the place was exactly as described.

Great location & great owners!

Our stay at Doug & Queenie’s VRBO listing in the Coconut Malorie in OC, MD was great. Check-in was very easy and staff were very nice and welcoming. The place is in a great location with great views of the bayside. It had everything we needed for a short 3 night stay for 2 people with room to sleep more. Doug & Queenie were very accommodating, letting us check in a little early since we arrived early and had great communication throughout our stay, checking in on us to make sure everything was going well and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great hosts, lovely space - highly recommend!

My husband and I brought four teens for our first visit to Ocean City, and needed to be able to cook two meals a day, with space to hang out in the event of bad weather. We had a family with divided water interests (crabbing, beach, and pool). • This was the easiest beach trip we’ve ever prepped for, with linens provided, along with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and travel toiletries. • Walmart is within 20 minutes of our rental, so we set up a pickup order for our food. • This condo had a separate bedroom, plus two couches that could seat three people each. Queenie let us know we would be tight and had larger spaces available, but we liked this location because of its beach proximity. The space was a little tight for our family, and the fold out couches are good for kids, but two teens in each was a little tough. • There is good storage in dressers and the master closet. • There was a miscommunication with their maid service in dropping off linens, but the Grants and their property manager, Katie, were on top of it right away and had it resolved before we went to bed. • The game room saved our first rainy day, with ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard, and cornhole available. • There is an elevator and luggage carts available, so moving in/out was easy. • Pack a drying rack. You won’t regret it. • Katie talked us through using the induction stove. It can’t use a pot bigger than the size of the burner, so we used our griddle for nearly all our cooking. • Thanks!!!

Fantastic owners and location!

You really can’t beat the location of this hotel if you’re looking for great restaurants and bars. Owners checked in plenty during our stay and were always fast to reply to any questions or concerns. Will be back asap!

This is our first purchase here in Ocean City that's why this property will always have a special place in our hearts. We take pride in taking care of our properties for our guests during their stay in Ocean City because as travelers ourselves, we want to check in without worries during our vacation. Aside from check-in, we wanted our guests to stay and enjoy Ocean City. We love recommending our favorite restaurants and things to do on the island but we get excited every time guests will recommend their favorite places as well.
