Nestled in the foothills of the Moondance neighborhood, this retreat melds Montana rustic with modern luxury seamlessly. 476 Stream Side offers a unique combination of privacy, views, and proximity to all the amenities in the Big Sky Town Center. Containing 5 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths, a 3-car garage with a 4th storage bay big enough for a RV, this streamside farmhouse goes above and beyond with innovative comforts. Unlike many homes in the Big Sky area this newly built retreat even has A/C! The residence sits on over 3 acres of land and provides stunning scenes of the Spanish Peaks and bonus views to Lone Peak. Enjoy a brand-new hot tub big enough for eight people! The covered back patio and large yard offers incredible opportunities for stargazing, sunbathing, and wildlife watching! Not only is the exterior incredible, but the interior has brand new amenities, multiple gas fireplaces, two ovens, multiple fridges and freezers, a wet bar, huge windows which allow the sun to light up the spaces, plenty of common space to spread out or gather and a walk-in pantry which make this home ideal for hosting. With multiple entrances into the home and common spaces, 476 Stream Side is perfect for multiple families or friends to come together during a much-needed vacation. There is even a separate TV room off the living room for relaxing evenings after a long day in the mountains. On the other end of the spectrum, this home also has two offices (one on either end of the house) for those working or schooling online. The main level has a master bedroom with a king bed, en-suite immaculate bathroom (including a steam shower and huge bathtub), and over-the-top walk-in closet. The upstairs three bedrooms (each with their own en-suite bathroom) consist of a queen under full bunkroom, full over full bunkroom, and a queen bedroom with the best views in the house.
