Your furry friends are welcome to stay with a minimal pet fee of $59 for 1-2 pets or $118 for 3-4 pets, good for 7 nights, to be charged upon reservation to cover the extra cleaning.

A recurring fee is required every 7 nights. Please note that this does not compensate for any possible damages on property.

Convenient location

Kitchen and bath were spotless, very large fenced back yard that my dogs enjoyed, onsite parking. 10 minute drive to Falls Park on the Reddy and Paris Mountain State Park. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Not the prettiest neighborhood but I felt safe. I would stay there again.

Don’t waste your money

We booked this property based on numerous positive reviews, I don’t know if I would agree with any of them. The house itself was ok, the finishes and furniture are average. The management team, while responsive, was not very cooperative. We booked a 30 day stay $$$ and were given a broom and a mop to keep the place clean. With two Golden Retrievers and a backyard that is 75% dirt we needed a vacuum, when we requested one we first were told one would be delivered, then they couldn’t give us one because it was unsanitary. Walmart and $50 later we got our own. While it’s ok for a few days I don’t feel it’s set up for any long term stays. Also pls note, neighbors run some sort of junk yard or car repair and have dogs that stay outside and tend to bark a lot at nite. But that’s ok because their rooster will get you up bright and early. If that’s not enough the music coming from the neighbors made the whole house vibrate. We finally left 10 days early. On the plus side they did allow us to check in two hours early.

Great house

House was completely redone with every modern appliance. Owner made the extra effort of providing lots of complimentary goodies and the furniture was super comfortable. Although it rained lots during our visit, the house really helped to make it a special visit. Will definitely rent again. Thank you!!

Downtown Greenville perfect place.

My husband and I just love Greenville and I was so excited to get away as he just finished radiation for his malignant cancer. Couldn't have picked a better place. Very clean and had everything we needed.

A diamond in the rough

Literally EVERY SINGLE DETAIL WAS THOUGHT OUT. ThIs house has been completely redone, and is certainly the best house around. But the thoughtfulness of the owner in each detail was truly the icing on the cake. A bottle of wine, a little bowl of quick snacks and breakfast items. A few cold water bottles in the fridge. And dog treats for the four legged family members. The neighborhood is not the nicest at first glance, but the neighbors were all very pleasant and seemed pleased to have this property beside them. 10/10

Affordable, Pet Friendly and Close To Downtown Greenville

I loved all of the amenities this home has to offer. I visited Greenville, SC for a wedding in Easley, SC. Downtown was less than 5 miles away and the wedding location was 15 minutes away. Perfect spot for everything we wanted to do. We took our 2 dogs and the yard was very secured and I had no worries letting my dogs run around unsupervised. Nothing impressive about the neighborhood but the house itself was decorated to perfection. It gave me lots of ideas for upgrading my home. Homeowners were very quick to respond to our needs during our stay. I definitely would stay here again.

More amenities than a Hotel room!

Wow, my husband and I were blown away by all the amenities that came with this VRBO! Not only we’re towels linens and toilet paper included but we were also greeted by a tray of snacks, drinks and a “you may have forgotten” tray upon arrival. We had everything we needed and our four legged friends loved the large fenced in backyard. I highly recommend this property!

Best Stay In Greenville

This is the second time I have stayed here and absolutely love it. There was some confusion with my check out day on my end and the property manager was so kind and understanding. I will try to always stay here whenever I visit Greenville.

All went well! Property has recently been remodeled and is very nice! I am sure the property owner knows that comments will be made about the surrounding properties and area but we experienced no issues!

Great visit with Son and Stepson.

Nice clean property. Well stocked. New appliances. WiFi worked well on my computer but sharing on the Roku TVs was a challenge. Great location near town but neiborhood is developing.

Lovely house, not a great neighborhood

To start let me say that we had no problems with any neighbors or with noise. The house is lovely and a nice space, although some items could be improved. The yard is very nice too. Here are the minuses. Very bad neighborhood. Had we known we would not have chosen the property. No hot water in kitchen sink. Shower water temp continually varies. No tissues anywhere in house. Plastic plates and wine glasses. The new system of not providing the property address until shortly before your stay is causing problems and from now on we will not choose a property unless we can get the address and look at the surrounding neighborhood. The host was very helpful on check in day and the property itself is very nice. I guess people will have to decide if the neighborhood is an issue for them. It was for us.

Great house, great location

The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus our dogs. The fenced in backyard was great for the dogs. The house was very well equipped, the kids especially appreciated the snacks! Very close drive to downtown Greenville, though as others mention the neighborhood is a little sketchy. Alarm system in place was comforting. Thanks for the great stay!

House was great with everything needed for a weekend stay. Super close to downtown and relaxing when hanging out at the house. Will stay again next time in area!

Perfect family "dog friendly" Getaway

Everything was excellent. Presentation and comfortability was great. Loved all of the "extras" for forgetful people like myself! Perfect for the dog. The only bit of concern was the street we were on. This sweet house was by FAR the best on the street. We were a little worried at first, but once we pulled up and got in the house, we were very impressed. A short UBER ride to Downtown Greenville--perfect! We would definitely come back!
