Ground floor: 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms (160x200 bed) including one facing the sea and two facing the garden, each with its own bathroom, large terrace, 12x3m swimming pool, massage benches, outdoor lounge, covered terrace, large air-conditioned living room facing the sea with TV, indoor dining room, fully equipped kitchen.

1st floor: 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 2 beds 90x190) each with its own bathroom, fully equipped American kitchen, ideal lounge area for children, sea view terrace and garden view terrace.

Garden level: 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms (2 beds 160x200, 1 bed 180x200), 3 bathrooms, fully equipped American kitchen, living room with TV, dining room, covered terrace with bar area, dining area and lounge area overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, swimming pool, fitness room.

It is located in the 8-hectare tropical park of the guarded and secure residence of Anse des Rochers and is less than a 5-minute walk from the beach. This beach is located in the private residence of Anchorage. You benefit from the facilities of the hotel complex: a restaurant on the beach and access by car.



Located on a hill, it offers you a large 12m long and 3m wide swimming pool with a splendid sea view. A second pool is located behind the villa around a small tropical garden. You have the possibility to rent in addition to Villa Charles, there is Toucan apartment equipped to accommodate 8 additional people (located 5 minutes walk from Villa Charles) with a sea view of the private beach of Anse des Rochers.



The villa is equipped with a water tank to cope with any possible outage, as well as a Wi-Fi connection with fiber. During your stay, a cleaning service is provided every day except Sunday.
