Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this character house in Livarot, divided into two independent gîtes, for rent. This charming 100 m² home, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers on several floors, features an attractive 34 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub), the turret with its relaxation area, and you can enjoy the property's open garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- 34 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3 with pull-out bed
- Separate WC

Turret area:
- A reading and relaxation area on the top level with a 90X200 bench seat.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- An open space overlooking the orchard, with a 16 m² gravel terrace and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

This gîte is actually part of the house. It is also possible to rent the other gîte, called Le Logis de Saint Michel de Livet, at the same time.

The accommodation is ideally located in Livarot, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be able to enjoy all the essential stores nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Visit the Graindorge cheese dairy to discover the secrets of making Livarot and Pont-l'Évêque, or the Camembert museum in Camembert.
- Various castles and cultural sites: Château de St Germain de Livet, Château de Mézidon Canon, Manoir de Coupesarte, Manoir de Bellou, Basilique de Lisieux
- Typical half-timbered villages ( Livarot, Orbec , Beuvron en Auge , Beaumont en Auge... )
- Numerous paths and forests (for walking, horseback riding or cycling)
- The seaside resorts of Deauville, Cabourg or Honfleur can be reached in 45 minutes to 1 hour's drive.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property's private parking lot, shared with the second gîte.

- Nearest train station: Saint Pierre en Auge approx. 12 km, Lisieux approx. 18 km (Paris Cherbourg or Paris Deauville line) or Mézidon approx. 18 km (Paris Cherbourg or Caen Tours line).
- Nearest airport: Deauville-Normandie (DOL) approx. 50 minutes by car

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
