- 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two double beds (140x190), one on the mezzanine floor
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A balcony (approx. 8m²) to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Royan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
