Bienvenue à la casa offers you, in the heart of the village of Giffaumont-Champaubert, a 100m² apartment on the first floor of the former presbytery of Giffaumont-Champaubert: a unique place at the foot of the lake.
The apartment is composed of three bedrooms with a double bed each, a pleasant living space, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Presence of a washing machine in the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped (Oven, dishwasher, microwave, hob, Senseo, kettle, toaster,...)
The accommodation has a private garden, ideal for enjoying the sun discreetly.
The presbytery has a parking lot reserved only for the residents of Bienvenue à la Casa. Possibility to store bicycles inside the courtyard which is fully enclosed and secure.

The apartment has an ideal location for the photo festival as well as the annual flea market in Giffaumont-Champaubert.
