Outer Bucks! You will love this like new pet friendly home with LVT floors throughout. It has fenced Backyard with patio, grill and outdoor shower. Granite counters and vanities with double sinks, beautiful tiled Master shower will make you feel like you are in a high end hotel with much more living space! Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room. Cable in living room and master. Pool is open In season daily Memorial Day- September 30th) May 6 - Memorial Day it is open F-Sun. It has a wonderful waterpark with splash pad, waterslide and lazy River. There is a community Pier on the Sound within a 5 min walk. There is a fitness center on-site as well! We are close to everything the Outer Banks has to offer and only a mile to the beach at the end of a low traveled road. There is a paved path all the way to the beach with crosswalk perfect for walking or biking. There are 4 bikes there for you to use along with Beach Chairs. It is thePerfect Beach house for your family.

Kill devil hills

The house was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. It was super close to lots of restaurants, shopping, historical sites, and the beach. We used the pool and had a great time. The owner of the house is also outstanding. Highly recommend this property.

Exactly as described!!

You can trust the reviews on this one!! This place was wonderful to stay at!! It had everything that you need. All the way down to the spices!! We stayed 7 days and felt at home the whole time. Lots of places to eat at and grocery store within a couple of minutes.

Nice stay

Property is nicely maintained for a rental. We had a pleasant stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and has some nice amenities like the pool. It was convenient for us with a young child to have the pool right down the road. The house is well stocked with kitchen equipment, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. We would recommend.

Wonderful Stay in KDH

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this KDH home. Our host, Heather, was wonderful and very responsive. Very quiet, safe neighborhood not far from the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. Pet friendly as well, which was great for our dog Max.

Very clean with everything you need

Heather was such a great host! The best I’ve rented from! She was very responsive to any and all questions and even let us check in early due to an unfortunate health emergency on our drive there. On a side note, If ever in need of healthcare while there, the outer banks hospital took great care of my family member. The house was probably the cleanest rental my family has ever stayed in and had all the daily items needed. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of room for 5 of us. I loved having the washer and dryer on the second floor and having an adult bathroom and kids bathroom, two big bonuses for us. The community pool, fitness center was great for the kids and adults to sit and relax, just a short walk away. The house was close enough to all attractions yet far enough away to have some quiet time at the end of the day. Very close to the Wright Brothers Memorial, mini golfing, fishing boat rentals, beach. We even did a fun water park which was just about a 20 min drive. Tons of restaurants close by too. You won’t go wrong wrong booking this place. We hope to come back some day, thank you!

Excellent Accommodations

We enjoyed our home away from home. It is very clean and has a well stocked kitchen if you like to cook while you’re there. All amenities were spot on. Loved the pool!!

Cleanest house we have have ever stayed in

We have rented many houses in OBX over the past 50 years and this house rates as one of the cleanest. Kitchen was well equipped and the house tastefully decorated. Heather, the host, was very thorough and accommodating in all our communications.

Perfect family getaway

We had 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from age 8 to 13 years old. The property was clean and just like the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked with all pots, pans, and accessories that we needed. We loved the large dining room table for family dinners and it was a quick drive to the beach access public parking, grocery stores, and ice cream shops. Heather was very responsive and made the whole experience very easy. Highly recommend!

Amazing family vacation!

This home was everything we expected and more. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. We could have moved in and never left. The location was perfect. Close enough to all of the action, but far enough away that you didn't feel the hustle of the highway. The pool and club house were amazing! My kids and granddaughter had so much fun relaxing and splashing in the pool.

Perfect family place

This adorable home was comfy and had everything we needed to both play and relax. We enjoyed the provided bikes and beach chairs as well as the pier, splash park and pool. The host is easily accessible and was a pleasure. I recommend this property for the location and amenities.

Nice modern house close to beach

It is a very nice house in a good location. Everything was clean and we had a nice stay. Only problem was a random car parked in our street parking spot, but that is not really the owners fault.

Fantastic beach getaway!

My family and I traveled to the OBX for a family beach trip to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday and graduation. We arrived in KDH at night. The link to the directions from the Vrbo app took us to a neighborhood just past the actual location of this house. I got accurate directions by entering the house address directly into my Maps app.. Once we arrived and entered the property, we were amazed! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The owner was readily available messaging in the Vrbo app, reaching out to provide clear directions for accessing the house and answering any questions I had about the house... A+!! A binder of information for maintaining the house during our stay as well as suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the OBX was provided. The open floor plan provided lots of space for us to cook and hang out. There is a TV in the living room (as well as TVs in each pf the three bedrooms). All provided access to various streaming platforms (using your own log-in, of course). In addition to TVs and board games, there were bikes, beach lounge chairs and sand toys. The house is minutes to the beach, grocery stores, dining and shopping. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to make this our home away from home during our next trip to the OBX.

A Home Away From Home

This was our first trip to the OBX and we were not disappointed! The home is located in a growing development of rental properties in Kill Devil Hills. My younger kids enjoyed the pool and splash park area within the community. Unfortunately, the clubhouse with a pool table and fitness room was closed during our stay. The house was super close to the beach, the Wright brothers memorial, and great restaurant options. Heather has created a relaxing, impeccable home that is both modern, light and clean in decor and atmosphere. The kitchen is well stocked for family meals and eating in, and my kids enjoyed the large screen TVs in each bedroom. She was thoughtful in providing laundry pods and starter dish detergent, as well as starter paper goods. We appreciated that there were bikes if we wanted to use them. As well as beach chairs and boogie boards. Overall, the home was like a “home away from home” and was a perfect haven for our family of kids ages 8-20. We’d come back in a heartbeat !

Great Stay

Such a cute property. Close to beach and main road for restaurants. We really enjoyed our time at the pool with our kids. House was very clean and supplied all necessities for our stay.

Cleanist Home Away From Home!

We came the week of Easter and enjoyed every minute! The house is exactly as listed and the owner is kind and very responsive. We already can’t wait to return. There are a few items to get you started like towels, soap, dishwasher pods, keurig coffee pods and Tide pods. The beach chairs provided were in great shape and are perfect for the beach, is even on a windy day. The neighborhood feels like home, there were really nice owners we got to meet in the neighborhood. Great, safe place to walk even at night there is security driving around. Rent this house! You won’t ever want to rent elsewhere again! Although the pool wasn’t open yet, it looked fantastic and includes so much for the kids! We were surely sad to leave this home away from home.
